I suspect H&N is very close to Martyn as he's stated a number of top ups very last week or so and he always had a lot more than me!

I wish I had more high risk funds to invest for this....but must stick to my investment policy.

In any event, they've dropped at least 1 million today and we're 4% up. Wont be much more of this.
Main point is that, when we do get the news, there wont be be many shares, if any, left to sell and so we'll hopefully see the full impact on the SP from the news. So I'm pretty happy CC are dropping them so fast and giving genuine holders the opportunity to get them cheap. There is no doubt in my mind that without these £250k sells the price would be substantially higher than at present...Obvious I know.
With this knowledge, you'd be hard pushed to find an investment reason for selling.

Personally, I just think it's CC selling out for the reasons that have been made clear....nothing to do with WSG.

I'm in it for the long term but we all like to see our porfolio in profit and it feels like we are artificially held back until CC have sold their lot. I wish I had more high risk funds to take advantage of this atificially low sp.

With all the speculation about CC selling down I thought I'd look up the actual notification rules for AIM companies.

Looks like an AIM company must notify market by the end of the third trading day after notification (DTR 5.9.1R).
That means we should get and RNS tomorrow if it is CC selling all the £250K's and maybe others.
Anybody here with any expert knowledge on the matter?

Well as CEO I think it does matter what he says. It tells me what he is thinking if he gets the additional flexibility in his funding options if we win 1 or 2 long term revenue contracts. That affects my decision making regarding these shares.
I will be a buyer if we win the Tema contract. At the moment I only have the high risk part of my PF in WSG. Tema would de-risk this substantially and so I would use some of my medium risk funds here.

Actually, it wouldn't bother me that much if he did raise for another contract, or even for Tema if the terms were good.

You didn't ramp as you only mentioned the placing....not that this would more likely happen in the event of winning the other (non Tema) contract....as stated by PF when I asked him at the AGM.

Anyway, no point in arguing over this.....I believe they will get Tema sorted (this month!) and we'll all be in clover.

I've made my decision not to sell a single share under £1 and this will rise if we start to get some of the anticipated long term contracts. I think we'd quickly move to the main market and so on. Granted this is wishful thinking.

Anyway, short term this is all about Tema....come on boys, get that contract and we can argue about who's paying for the drinks at the £1 party. Not me as I'll still have all my shares:)

Well that's selectin g the negative.
What he said at the AGM was that there was very little capex required for Tema as they've paid for all the kit and for it to be installed. If they raise it would be for another big MSC contract.
In the video PF said that if they raised it would be better now than two weeks ago and probably better in two weeks time. Suggests to me that we are due a contract RNS any time and possibly not for Tema but for another contract.
Finally, PF does not want to raise using a placing, he'd much prefer to do loans and espeecially if we are in good shape to get better terms.

The UK also owes £400 mil to iran for them tanks and so we could use that as well.

Maybe the Orange one will allow some Instex transactions as a way of allowing some trade with Iran to start negotiations.

If SP is based on supply and demand, what price would you peeps still be buyers at....30p, 40, 50p?
I reckon I'd be a buyer up to 50p just on the contract RNS

If it ain't WSG how the hell would another company be able to do the trials etc when we are there on the ground doing them.

Might not get the terms in the RNS and so how the hell will the market judge what the share price should be?

Our training certainly seems to add to what they currently do. They have 39 locations to our 1.

Value has to be the contacts rather than the revenue from these....unless they think there will be a lot of them. I suspect we'll have more opportunities to refer to them than the other way around. Referral fees perhaps for these and so all adds to the bottom line.

Looking forward to the next couple of weeks for Tema news and then rest of the year where we have every chance of picking up another one or two MSCs.

Yes it's annoying that our SP doesn't reflect the recent news due to an II selling up on the basis of nothing to do with WSG!!

I content myself like you in that the fundamentals of the contracts won and hopefully soon to be won will dictate the SP in the longer term.

Here's hoping we get the opposite effect when we get new II investers who are interested in investing in us because of the value we offer.

So your view is that we can expect the rest of their holding to be sold very soon?
Normally, this would have a cap on the SP but the fundamentals of the Ghana deal will disctate the SP. If they sell their remaining shares asap then these will immediately be taken up with little or no impact on the resultant SP. Always assuming the Ghana deal is completed....which I firmly believe it will be.

I've never been so excited at 7am every morning.

At the AGM, the BOD were very keen to state that they had learnt from the stick they had received from being overoptimistic and future communications will reflect this. e.g. not RNSing future MOU and LOI. No need to put 'significant' on unless it is.

Time will tell.

Well the 'significant' unexpected contract news today is far more important to me then CC selling up. I hope PI's will feel the same tomorrow.

I also noted that no value was put on it...previously we've seen $4.5 million and so are we to assume this is much bigger than this?

Loving the news flow since the AGM. The II selling up will be quickly forgotten when we get the expected Tema RNS.
