During the current year, the primary focus will be:

· Look to acquire potentially cash generative assets.

· To progress the DFS studies at Zulu.

· Continue to engage directly with MNH.

· Definitively settle the status at RHA and either reopen the mine or relocate our plant.

· Identify and secure high value exploration targets in other jurisdiction.

Premier liquidated all historic debt and recapitalised our operations.

George.......As I write this, camp construction is well advanced, utilities for a camp that is likely to need to accommodate up to 100 persons are largely installed and commissioned, first rigs are on site, the Definitive Feasibility Study ("DFS") engineering team has been appointed, and multipurpose drilling has commenced.

Events subsequent to year end have since overtaken history and with the granting of the EPO in Zimbabwe in late March 2021, Premier has seen both a revival of our share price and our market capitalisation and our Company is now set up for a most exciting 2021, in particular from midyear onward.

The junior exploration company was formally granted an exclusive prospecting order (EPO) covering the company’s Zulu Lithium and Tantalum claims on March 12 but the share price was already shifting higher in anticipation of that award and during March the shares have risen from 0.08p to 0.25p.

I went to the pub last night to see my team beat up Leeds Whinos. In the meantime the Whinos were constantly out on here as well, with very few likes, may I add.
Friday was a momentous occasion for equity shareholders and that should not be forgotten but remembered.
The BOD have systematically, for reasons, downgraded the company and not represented true shareholder value. A failure of their role.
It's there turn to be downgraded now.
Some of the BOD RNSs certainly since August 2020 have clearly shown the deceitful hand imo.
The would be "lawyers" on here/ negative ?? personnel have provided amusement for me. I am not a lawyer nor would I pretend to be but the negativity on here shows they are not either.
Crystal Amber have counteracted the BoD and long may they do so. The aim to protect equity share holder value.
Discussions behind the scenes will no doubt have been frantic over the last two days.
Thumbs up to CA, the judge and the court, the paid in shareholder and positivity.

Black smudgy marks started to be provided by the Hurricane BOD and from that date Crystal Amber started increasing its holdings in the company, to its current 14.7% from 6.25%. They started to dislike the tones being pushed out imo. I think they smelt a rat.

Remember the BOD purchased shares at 3p approx announced September 24th 2020. and have not sold them.

The proposed restructuring shafted equity shareholders in favour of bond holders and basically threatened a winding down and insolvent liquidation, if their "Bond-holder Deal" did not go through and equity shareholders did not have a vote.

Fortunately, as I see it CA is supporting their increased equity, my equity and that of other equity shareholders by stepping in.
Why would Crystal Amber increase their stake, when the BOD is downgrading the reserves and suggesting an unacceptable finance restructure??
If the BOD do not believe in Lancaster (in particular) going forward they should resign.
The Judge supported the Equity holders.
