Missed the controlled drop at the end of the day to take out many stop losses for MMs to gain shares after servicing the 15m buy, imo.
The data on the Buys and Sells throughout the day could have been skewed towards to the Sells to panic and encourage selling. I can say that with some confidence because my x3 afternoon BUY trades where all put down as Sells!!!! The MMs needed the shares to service the 15m buy and the drop at the end of day gave them shares back to balance their books and get ready for Monday.
News including Tr1 next week ( maybe CA increasing their holding further to enable company control)
Happy with the overall day because bought for cheaper to lower my average .........

First of all thank you for the informative posting that happened yesterday and of course previous.
Much to ponder but the majority verdict and almost unanimous feeling is positivity as the dust is blown away from the desks of the manipulative old BOD who didn't give a jot for the well being of its shareholders of their finances.
Why did they ever get involved with a bond and bond holders?
Who was the real driving force behind the bond introduction?
They do need to held accountable imo, if they can be?

Yesterday's price action could be seen as normal, could be a consequence of price of oil dipping or Crystal Amber seeking to buy more shares for even greater control particularly if a takeover was come into play.

I do hope news very quickly on the actual business of oil.

CA has lowered its average share price, which it will be pleased about. They are in a win win situation and will be privy to information that has not been revealed.
They have probably seen that the documents that the previous BD refused them. and bought additional shares .

Their directional lead is crucial but I only see positives after the old BOD's negativity and threats. They were up to no good for shareholders.
The court judgement was pivotal (and a test case , as written earlier by adoubleuk) for shareholders and CA is a shareholder
