On MARCH 1st at the the AG Bell presentation ME said there did not need to be a raise. At that point in time given the position at that time it was true.
He also spoke of expansion
1. Increasing the gaming footprint
2. Launching the MGC Arcade App on Google Play Store
3. Relaunching mobilegaming.com
Expansion = Growth
ME also said that Partnerships were the key to running the company with a small team

Move the clock forward to MARCH 9th and an opportunity arose out of the blue because Gfin committed to a raise for their own growth plans. At this point MOS will have got involved and they committed cash of that raise and organised a JV with GFIN....same sector of operation and and higher value company. There is obviously a mutual benefit.
The raise came to support the GROWTH of MOS. The SP will move up in due course as the dust settles, the JV details emerge, other news come out about revenue and the other partnership's......
Yes it came as a surprise/shock to shareholders but it is a measure that somethings happen elsewhere and can happen at anytime that impinge on your plans and you respond and adapt.and this was a gift horse not to decline for MOS.

At this point think of plans in your own life of things that have caused you change what you were planning to do and then you have to tell people !!!

The MOS business will continue to move forward.

ALL stocks should ne carefully watched .
MOS will reward and probably quicker than before.
The 0.5p warrants are still around for 8 more trading days then they expire.
There are less 0.6p warrants with an 18 month exercise period.
The growth story is continuing.
Cash is in the bank to support the growth programme.
The strong BOD is still in place.
Monthly revenues are still increasing/
The business model is working.
The territories are still there.
The partnerships pre yesterday are still in play .

Since my post under by hearing plus the earlier ones I am glad that people have got over the reactive stage and moved to the reflective state. Some good posts have emerged.
Growth requires forward thinking with planning but if opportunities arise out of the blue and Gfin needing to raise seems to be one of them, then swift action of change is needed. That happened.!! Gfin operate in a similar space and ME and the rest of the BOD grasped the opportunity. Smart business, if you ask me which fits in with a growth strategy and widens MOS footprint within i-gaming ams e-sports. Liason with Gfin to support THE Gfin NEED with a licensed SaaS platform is smart. Listening to their CEO that is one of their priorities for their growth !! Defo a glove and hand situation. The short term reactive pain will see increased ACCELERATION, both in Gfin plans and MOS plans.

I do say that upon reflection that the reflective people are agreeing in the main.
The surprise happened.
The BOD would have been well aware of the reaction and style of initial reactions.
The opportunity arose and company will have debated and before agreeing their decision to proceed and they did. They had the courage of their convictions, their knowledge and their belief.
The SP reacted as they knew it would.
Onto our reflection.... 1) the benefits have to thought of and now its up to the BOD to communicate further deliver .....and they have not failed on that score,...have they?
Onto my reflection... .. 2) I am for the moves, the short term drops and look forward to the details and the SP movements back up the scale.
The car has merely reversed for a short while but WILL ACCELERATE to catch up and OVERTAKE.

... fair points but people can work wonders even with lawyers when the cap fits and I would say the new placees are some/all of the warrant 0.5p holders...... so for this stage of the play it may well have been done in that time
AND
that's why the JV details are not here because the lawyers need that extra time.
The urgency will have from Gfin with it falling from a 50m MCAP to 14M MCAP so quickly and for MOS its the opportunity to expand more quickly, probably YES in an unexpected way. Strike while the iron is hot, I say, because it can quickly cool down, if you do not.
Monies MOS currently had before the raise will still still there and for the other growth areas.
Companies approach MOS and the Gfin JV was too good an opportunity to miss.

Yes, like everyone surprised and to some extent shocked BUT ....
At the time ME addressed people at the AJ Bell presentation there was no need to raise and that will have been the case but I suspect the Gfin situation urgently created a new plan (and plans do change !! ). Both companies are working in a fast moving and fast action sector.
This JOINT VENTURE has to have detail yet.
There has to be benefit to both companies and again I say there will be.
When the dust has settled details will come to light.
I am not surprised Gfin has gone up today because they have hit the low point and today will come as good news to them,
The rest of the business I still see as being in good shape.

Draft there were only 45 low value trades to closure .... no way was 1.2p called for from 3.85p

Lets not forget on very low volume and small change trades with only certain platforms working when it very first came out of suspension the SP, in a blink of an eye, was dropped to the 1.2p area.... a telling and significant value for me .....The MMS dropped it deliberately for a reason.
This is part of a controlled plan and it would seem 3.85p is too expensive for someone.
