What's going on?

GS Fintech UK is currently in the process of seeking to obtain an Authorised Payment Institution ("API") licence from
the Financial Conduct Authority in the UK (“FCA”) and expects that process to conclude within the next four to
five. The API licence is key to the Group’s strategy and the Board is confident that it will be able to meet the
appropriate regulatory requirements. When that licence be obtained, the Group will be able to connect to
traditional banking payment systems and agent networks and operate a remittance business in the UK.
With access to fiat currencies, the Group will be able to facilitate moving value from the traditional banking
system into the Group’s stablecoin network and applications, and vice-versa. The Group will be well positioned
to leverage a variety of business models and monetization strategies, including deposit/withdraw fees, FX
spread, and transaction fees. The Group will seek to obtain any further licenses that may become necessary by
applicable law at a future point in time.

"BTW still no answer to my question about this mysterious Best Digital Content Platform award MOS say they won and that Tom cited in his piece. There are the Greater London Enterprise Awards, but Streams wasn’t one of the 2021 award winners. Can anyone find any mention of this not authored by MOS?

Was away yesterday and out of the loop.
MOS is a growth company and the BOD ae aligned with the directors as shareholders themselves and Nigel Burton is the largest shareholder of all. He is a shrewd man.
As a shareholder I want to see the company go from strength to strength move from £10m MCAP to £100m+ MCAP. The brake of the 0.5p warrants is now gone , as of end of day trading today. there is room to move up the ladder. New news will assist the process rapidly.
Reading the tweets , as I do, the arguments fall between of those of a trader and those of an investor. As simple as that.
The tweets fall between those whose sole aim is to constructive and those which fall on the side of destructive / disruptive.
I read digest and make my own opinions and people will have recognised from previous I am pro the company and want to see the SP growth to levels whereby I see a comfortable profit for my investment.
I look forward to the good news for that SP growth and it will come based on the strategies laid out in the latest Investor Meet. The company is not afraid to front up and as they said communicate with them and they will respond. How many companies do read of contacts being ignored and they simply go into hiding.? ..... You might not like the answers but you will get a response.

Gfinity Plc Ord 0.1P is listed on the London Stock Exchange, trading with ticker code GFIN. It has a market capitalisation of £19m, with approximately 1,098m shares in issue. Over the last year, Gfinity share price has been traded in a range of 4.505, hitting a high of 5.68, and a low of 1.175.

The JV has the signs of being a cracker particularly in the fields of i gaming and SaaS services.

This JV with a currently higher valued MCAP company (and has been higher and very recently) particularly in the fields of i gaming services. This might not be always the case and MOS could turn out to have a higher MCAP than Gfin !!

I would say Gfin NEED MOS and the JV can be beneficial to both MOS and Gfin.
