Guess the title shows which side of the fence I sit on !
The company has moved forward at great pace and is continuing to do so. The increasing revenue is being reinvested back into the company, which I agree with. The upbeat nature of ME is because he is proud of what is being achieved .... a GROWTH company. All warrants exercised provide revenue and this company is not the only one with warrants, for sure. I do ignore the chatter of those who try blow the tyres or pull on the handbrake. This company car is accelerating and once all/some of the 0.5p warrants are exercised that money they yield will be re invested. Progression is the name of the game.
Today's RNS opens up another fascinating area of development of which we will hear more of in due course. There are so many strings to MOS that news could come at anytime from anywhere. Just think of the territories, partnerships and contracts that are in place and are monetised compared to 6 months ago!!! The movement is not slow.

There will be no placing until later on in the year nearer and prob Q3 and by that time the environmental certificate will be here and production ( and revenue ) will also be happening .

The Company has arranged an equity capital raising, with existing sophisticated and institutional shareholders, and clients of Novum Securities Limited, of £2.0 million (AUD$3.7 million) before expenses, through the issue of 1,422,590,303 new fully paid ordinary shares (Placement Shares) at GBP 0.14 pence (0.259 AUD cents) per share (Placement). The Placement will be completed in one tranche by 12 January 2022.

Potential production numbers taken from Environmental Clearance application stating field development plan of 39 wells (30 to be drilled/9 existing to be worked over).

15,000 barrels of oil per day @ $ 80 per barrel = $1.2m per day

2.83 million standard cubic meter of natural gas converts to 98,991 mcf

Oilex have an off take in place of $4.30 per mcf so converted = $425,661 per day

Total revenue $1.2m + $425k = $1.625m per day X 365 = $593m

Average oil and gas EBITDA of 11% kicks out $65m per year

Average oil and gas valuation EBITDA multiple x 4.6 = $300m market capital https://www.valentiam.com/newsandinsights/ebitda-multiples-by-industry

Todays 7.112 billion shares in issue would give a value of 3.1p (converting the market capital to £) assuming above production numbers were being delivered.

Now these are crude numbers and don’t allow for 1. Further capital raising (more shares issued) 2. possible debt funding 3. Farm out of a % of the licence.

Going to be be an interesting 12-18 months.
