asimpleinvestor - no one has said they don't like the content of an article, although I must admit I am perturbed by it. Also, Simply Wall Street is not only US but also Australia. DC wants to make this company global, so it is only logical that it should be reviewed globally.

Let's face it, at the end of the day what Ranjit Murugason has done has gone global and if he remains as a director will destroy this company.

Knigel - I don't kow why they would be interested. All I know is that is what they have reported and are spreading. Does us shareholders no good in my opinion.

Board Member recently sold UK£63k worth of stock
On the 4th of November, Ranjit Murugason sold around 3m shares on-market at roughly UK£0.025 per share. This transaction amounted to 24% of their direct individual holding at the time of the trade.
This was the largest sale by an insider in the last 3 months.
This was the only on-market transaction from insiders over the last 12 months.

MB10 - my views are non libelous as I have stated that they are my opinions. However, DC, Ranjit Murugason and the BOD need to be investigated.

That **** Ranjit Murugason still has 3.42% of the shares. He has sold at a loss for reasons known to him and the BOD, so he thinks the SP will collapse further. My personal opinion (that I said before and was ridiculed) is that DC is seeking to drive down the SP so that he can delist and get his hands on the whole company.
Tintin - looks like you have been taken for the mug that you were. Always ramping on DC alleged say so. You are a laughing stock and if I were you, I would go and hide in a dark cupboard and not come back out until the fairies have arrived with their magic mushrooms.
DC and the BOD need to come under investigation for what is (my opinion) insider dealing and numerous accounts of mismanagement.

I personally believe that to cancel the K.Flex 02 Event was a strategic move. It shows empathy for those affected while at the same time minimising losses due to poor ticket sales. Bit of a double edged sword, but probably the right thing financially to have done.

Knigel, you cannot base future forecasts on past performance, especially with the amount of dilution DC has made to line his pockets.

Pmmbns1, sadly I agree with you over DC. At the same time, commercial investors have been pilling in at mainly 4p and then at 3p every time DC dilutes. So on that basis, the SP must at some point go beyond 4p. I am not saying 15p or beyond, but I do think in the short term we could get to 5p and within a year providing DC stops milking the profits maybe 7p. I am currently at 3.35p and still lost a lot of money, but hanging on and will sell at anything over 5p.

How much further can the SP fall? I am at my wits wnd on this, but taking comfort from the fact that when the shares have been diluted, they have been at 4p with a lesser amount at 3p and those investors are going to want a mega increase as they are not in it for love.
