I am not going to positively or negatively express an opinion about this company to avoid being called a troll again by MB10.
However, I ask the questions:
The broker's note was promised early March after a 1 year delay - where is it?
As DC has confirmed he has seen the draft of the broker's note, why has he not released it?
When will DC show us his projected business plan - revenue, net profit, cash flow by division for the next 5 years? Share holders and investors need this information.
When will the company employ a reputable and qualified CFO to take charge of the finances of the company?
Would also ask when the SP will rise instead of continually falling, but I am sure rampers that I have filtered will have answers to that.

Jimmy, did I say I would not believe the answers? I will form my own opinion. I continue to hold this share as I do not think it will go much lower, so senseless to bail out now. Just waiting to reduce my losses and on a dead cat bounce possibly make a little profit.

Suedee I totally agree. Only problem is will DC give us any answers, straight answers, politicians answers or more lies?

MB10 I do believe that with all your anaysis, you are one of the very few on this board that can constructively guide the SP to where it needs to be and to give future investors (as well as us) the confidence we need. Keep up the good work, filter the idiots and neither ramp nor deramp.

First time I have done it! But fed up with constant rubbish being spouted numerous times a day, I have finally filtered out the two main protagonists. Such a relief to see only sensible posts at last.

We all know to take what DC says with a huge pinch of salt.

As you all know, I am a strong critic of this company and DC especially. But can I suggest that for say a week or two, we let LVCG and DC have the benefit of the doubt with no negative posts, no ramping and no bit ching at each other and see what that results in?

EarlofAim - we need PROFIT! Revenue is fantastic, but if it is all eaten up in costs of one form or another then it is pointless.

A bit surprised I cannot see any adverts / banners declaring who the sponsors of the event are. Only 16 cars starting. Just hope we get some profit from this event.

Just an opinion. After the way that DC has continuously shafted shareholders, a heathly retirement may not be on the cards?

The only positive I can see with this company is that the SP has to rise to at least 3p in order for DC and his cronnies to break even. If it does, then I shall be bailing out.

MB10 - I have always praised you for the in depth analysis you give on this site, but where are the financials? Why does the SP keep falling on the news? You accuse me of being a troll and maybe I am getting that way but ask why??? When will the SP rise - tell me that please. You have been ramping this share based on your knowledge but nothing happens.
MB10, I have nothing but respect for you and although you take the odd dig at me, I still respect that.

Ftsefan - hard to explain this drop especially after the Morgan Stanley rating of 410p. I would be very surprised if the 3 cyber attacks had anything to do with DARK as there have been no news headlines about them on this site. I still have a lot of faith in this share and the last couple of days including today have shown far more buys than sells.

Hello MB10 - I actually sold some of this dog of a share to buy more in DARK today when the SP collapsed for no reason. Morgan Stanley rated it as overweight a couple of days ago with a forecast of 410p. What news have we had from the BOD on this share? NOTHING!
suedee5 - I lost money today on selling some of this dog of a share, but made it back on DARK after their SP rose at the end of trading. Very difficult with AIM shares - you gamble and hope for a win, but so often a loss.

Very dissapointed in the fall in SP today especially as there was no news. Took it as an opportunity to buy and average down. I truly believe that by the middle of this year the SP will be at least £3 and if a further takeover bid up to £4. Anything over is dreamland but would be welcome.
