Fed up with this share and today sold almost £k2 (2 seperate trades) having been selling more in previous days. Only sold because I have found better prospects elsewhere.
Still got a substantial holding but I continue to be suspicious of DC and his cronies making money for themselves at our expense.
No financials, brokers note almost 8 months overdue and a BOD that refuse to give any worthwhile regulatory updates driving the SP down. This is a dog of a share as are DC and the BOD.

Seaking1 - I hope you are right about "a bit of a bounce tomorrow". I am sadly at an average of 280, and after being nicely up yesterday now find myself badly down.

suedee5 - Seems like you, me and several others regret having substantial investments in this dog company and the biggest dog DC with all his rubbish. WE can all make mistakes, and this is by far my biggest. My suggestion is to get out when you can with your least losses.

suedee5 - I think we have all lost faith in this company and regret not selling at 12p. DC is in this for himself and a couple on his board as I have said time and again. My average is 3.35p and if I can get back into neutral or small profit I will ditch this dog of a company.

Bennster - I agree with you and also wish I had sold at 12p. MB10 - Mr Miller was a CFO for Thomas Cook? That does not inspire confidence.

MB10 - no one will launch a takeover of this company until there are some financials in place. I do believe that DC is milking this company as fast as he can, which in the end will be to both his disadvantage and shareholders. But he is to thick to see that. I just hope that the CFO is a qualified Chartered Accountant as I am and not some dog he picked up on the street willing to do his bidding.

MB10 - I sold some today, because I am fed up with DC and his rubbish and saw a more lucrative opportunity with Darktrace who may have a further takeover bid shortly - worth a punt. But I still have significant shares in this dog of a company unfortunately and just pray that someone with more competence than DC can lead this company forward. Don't forget, DC is only looking after himself!

Tintin56 - when can we expect this big news? Also have you been told when we can expect a brokers note? I see that the buy price has now risen to 3.40, so that gives some credence to what you say, but unfortunately, the buy vs sell price has widened again.

MB10 - you are correct and to some extent a fall in the SP is only a reflection of a narrowing or a widening of the buy vs ask price. If the narrowing or widening of the SP remains unchanged with a fall in SP, then that is the time to start changing underwear.

Bennster, the "why don't you sell" advice comes from eternal optimists. In truth, you and I don't sell, because we hope the upside is greater than the downside. And let's face it, with all the board ready to lose a fortune if it does not come right, we can take some comfort from that.

Glass half full or glass half empty? I am sitting on the fence, praying that DC may finally deliver what he promises but never has. That he gives us figures and that we finally get a positive brokers note. As a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, I do welcome the appointment of the CFO and hope he can bring some sense into the company, although as an ex CREATIVE CFO myself, I would take what he says with some sceptisicm.
