DC spouts a load of hogwash. If the news is going to be so transformational, he will have told loads more people than just Tintin and there would be major excitement from the MMs driving the share price up big time instead of a constant downward dive.

Tintin56, did DC say when there would be news? It sounds like you are faltering on your trust of this meglomaniac as you have done before.

What is holding this back is DC making promises and not keeping to them. Delay upon delay upon delay sends alarm bells ringing in the financial community. He is having problems with his auditors as they are refusing to hike the results. And he is also having problems with the broker who has a reputation to keep up. Neither of them will succumb to DC's wishes and he is currently trying to find a compromise position with them.

The trouble is, everytime there is a share rise, the following days lead to more substantial falls than the original rise.

Contrary to my misgivings I splashed out on more shares at 3.47p bringing my average down to 3.64p. I do believe that this share will bump up to 4p (so small profit) but questionable about much higher and certatainly not 15p. Let's see what happens next week and see if DC decides to keep linning his coffers at the expense of ordinary private investors.

Could have just been a hickup in the system or too many people trying to contact them after yesterday's fall.

As I said previously, I recently cancelled my subscription to Naked Wine after several years, but my wife is still a member. Today, she tried to purchase some wine but could not. She tried phoning them, but answer phone told her there was no one to take her call. She is now also cancellng her membership and withdrawing her money before they go under.

Knigel, I have no choice but to wait now for the RNS and hope that it will be positive. Tempting to buy at these prices , but with zero confidence left, no longer willing to take the risk.

And so the trend continues. Sell price 3.40, buy price 3.51. No doubt DC, in my opinion doing a bit of creative accounting to line his coffers at our expense. This is a dog of a share and DC is just a dog. I know, I know you are going to tell me again to F.O. I will as soon as I can sell without losing too much money.

asimpleinvestor - now don't be silly. Tintin has already forecast 25p and he has had no reason to drop his predictions especially as he is on the phone to DC every 5 minutes :-)

I bought this share at 337, just after TB pulled out of takeover discussions, so I do believe that this is the bottom we can expect. Since then, I have sold and bought several times and continue buying as the SP goes down. I do believe the upside is greater than the downside, but that is just my personal opinion. Unlike ToffAppleton1, I am not a God but rely on instinct. I Have bought one dog of a share - LVCG that I regret as the Chairman keeps diluting the shares and pocketing the money into his own personal piggy bank.

We shall get news tomorrow or next week. As we all know tomorrow or next week never comes.

Clued, I concur with your polite negative opinion of ToffApppleton1. It is my belief from his posts that he is a self opinionated bumptious individual who due to an unfulfilled life can only ridicule others. When I saw CINE flop, I bought their shares even though bankruptsey was on the cards. I then sold 2 days later for a healthy 100% profit. Shares in the smaller markets are always a gamble. Sometimes you win and sometimes you lose. It is all a calculated risk and no one should be ridiculed for bad judgements as it happens all the time.

CR888 I totally agree with you. These chats tend to descend into moronic attacks on those not holding the same views. It is unfortunate that rampers and derampers are on every site giving informed (not) statements. While there is nothing wrong expressing opinions, just treat each other with some respect. Focus on the big prize. Focus on Dark.

This is an interesting company. On news of a takeover, the SP goes well over £5. On news of no takeover, the SP slumps by almost 35%. Yet, the fundamentals for the company are very good. The SP a year ago was over £10, yet with inmproved results and current y/e into profit the SP is just over £3. Projections for next year indicate even better growth and profit. This share is easily worth £5+, otherwise, why would TB approach for a takeover in the first place. Just managed to get in with an average price of £3.37 and looking forward to the next few weeks.
