Worrying to look at the balance sheet and see that it is mainly supported by intangible assets which may in fact have little or no value. Retail subscription was under subscribed and as far as I can see, we cannot expect any concrete orders before November until the new system has got CE approval. Just hope that finances remain stable and the company does not run out of cash. Observations are just my personal analysis so do your own research and draw your own conclusions.

Naked Wines are now offering members 4 x usual bonus (i.e. £40 instead of £10) for recruiting new members. This strikes me as desperation. Why are the accounts delayed? Will this result in the shares being suspended? Time is running out.

Sad to see my warnings about this company coming true. Not invested since I saw what kind of scam adverts were going around. Hope that anyone still invested are able to claw some money back and then get out. This is a pump and dump share and not worth the risk. Good luck whatever your opinions.

What a pointless company to be on AIM. While others have surpassed expectations, this one has languished in the doldrums . Doing nothing except down and going nowhere. Where is managements plan? Where is the confidence? Just a few scraps of insignificant orders.

Just a message to all you rampers and derampers. No one knows what the September results will bring so pointless to surmise. Personally, I have been very disappointed in the rescent falls for no apparent reason apart from MMs manipulation which is the bug bare of the AIM market. I do believe that results will be good and uplift the SP. I also believe that we could be due a take over. But hay ho, I am now falling into my own trap of surmissing.

Voting for the AGM resolutions are currently underway. Some resolutions hint at equity raise which could be a reason for the dramatic falls .

Bennster, look on the bright side. What ever happens, DC will have linned his pockets again and added to his own fortune. Let's face it, this company is his toy and for his benefit although others on here think otherwise. Shareholders are just an inconvenience.

Beardozer, it looks like you made a good choice based on the way VINO SP is going. I will get out of WINE with a small profit but looking to the future as an Angel, should I stop my subscription before it goes bust as I think it will eventually do? Only time will tell and good luck to everyone who holds on for the long term. Only thing that is going to save WINE is a take over, but who would want it?

Depends on the wording of the ex directors contracts as to when they were entitled to their bonuses. I would have thought under the circumstances that there is a very real chance of a successful legal challenge to get them to repay.

Disappointed at the drop in SP as thought the floor had been reached. But decided to top up at 68p which has now brought my average down to 69.7p. Here is hoping it goes up from here.
