LVCG signed up to the QCA Corporate Governance code which has 10 rules. My reading of the code establishes that they have not complied with the majority of what is required. To read the full 10 rules, go to LVCG website under Investor Relations Rule 26, QCA Statements. Don't know if this may help in any action.

Simple, I am 1000% in agreement with your sentiment and frustrations. However, what good would reporting to the insolvency service do? It may just precipitate an earlier end to our misery without any hope that we may get some of our money back.

Jimmy, all I was trying to say was that any Egm would take place after the critical time of end of December. Nothing else was ment or implied. Knigel, good idea but can we really believe anything Sarah may tell us?

Jimmy, why am I fear mongering? I only pointed out that an Egm would come too late. I have no wish to lose my money, but what on earth can we do? Instead of having a pop at me all the time, please post something constructive that can be done.

That means the Egm will not be held for at least 66 days. The company will be delisted by then.

Almost every day for the last year and beyond this company SP has gone down which I why I have now cancelled my Angels Membership and asked for my money back. It is a shame, because in principle the idea was sound trying to give new and smaller vineyards a chance. What is killing this company in my opinion are supermarkets selling equivalent quality wines at cheaper prices. The only chance for this company now is to be taken over and have its visions integrated into a more solvent entity.

Tintin I know you cannot see my response as you have filtered me, but at least my comments made you do something positive for a change. For once, Tintins analysis of the situation without ramping sounds hopeful. Maybe this is not a dead dog share yet, but it will take DC to respond to share holders rather than keeping silent. From what I have seen of DC and his investor relations he is well passed his sell by date and should sell up and retire.
