I was phoned and offered 2 bottles of wine to place an order. I spent a long time questioning him about the delay in the accounts, the results and the share price to which he had no answers but said if the company was going under we would be advised. Next day I got an email from Matt Wine Guy offering me 3 bottles of wine to place an order. Draw your own conclusions.

I bailed out at £1.17. This is a pump and dump share and I suspect nearing its low level , but could easily go down to 20p. Worth a punt, but don't put all your savings on it.

Tintin, I wish you would stop ramping on a dead company. Even MB10 has given up now.

Sue, you are right, sucked in by our own self greed. The thing is though, it is no good investing in top FTSE companies, that is not where the money is made. AIM is a great vehicle for risk and reward but needs to be more tightly regulated to stop chancers like this. Investing in AIM is a bit like gambling. Most of the time it has worked for me, but not this time and like you and many others on here I believe we are about to lose a shed load of money but it is not over as they say until the fat lady sings.

Sorry Sue, but you are wrong. MB10 was flaunting his projections with a lot of "apparent" knowledge and calculations. I also had respect for him and believed some of what he was saying, even though he had a lot of my posts deleted because he disagreed with them. He called me a troll, even though I was expressing genuine opinions regarding the company. MB10 is almost as guilty as DC and Sara

Interesting posts guys. If we are to pursue him for fraud, then we must make sure we get as many investors onside as possible. Any comments MB10? Thought not.

Bennster I concur with you. Interesting times may however be short lived given the people he has sold down the river, if you get my gist.

Look on the bright side. At least DC has had a whale of a time at our expense, so some one is happy.

But as I have also said previously (being ridiculed) what goes around comes around. No one ever gets away with what he has forever.

Why don't you contact THG direct and ask the questions you want answered? If you were able to do that , it might give the rest of us something to go on rather than surmissing all the time.

The only way this company is going to survive is as you say mass dilution. BUT! who on earth is going to subscribe or trust DC again? All his companies as far as I can see have gone under. He is a player and I must admit very good at it, but I would never invest more money in this or any of his future companies. It is time for some BOD directors got investigated.

Bennster, the "insiders" and rampers know who they are. They should be ashamed of spreading false information but I doubt we shall get an apology.

I am probably an idiot (and that has been proven before), but I still believe in this company, if only for it to be taken over with a high bid. I am not going to suggest a strong buy or even a buy although I would love to ramp this share to try to get the SP up to reduce my losses. My opinion is, look at the products and the possible upside. It has to go above £1 a share surely?

Sue, we have had MB10 and Tintin apparently in close communication with DC and Sara and look what that has resulted in - nothing. We are pawns in the game. I did suggest a while ago that this could become an OTC share and I was ridiculed. Not ideal, but at least we may be able to recoup some of our money. I have now written off this investment and firmly believe that DC needs to be held to account. No doubt this will be another of my posts they will delete.

Sue, you know my feelings about this company so will not bother repeating them. Like you I am heavily invested and to an extent (my own fault) listened to DC and the rampers. We can only hope we are wrong, but I am not instilled with confidence about a lifting of suspension or positive results be it to the accounts or to the festivals promised.

Yep, too much effort in deleting posts. Does not want others to know exactly what people think of this company and the board. Should spend more time on communication and being honest about circumstances. Accounts now way overdue. Hope to see them published by October - 2030?

Chizzy, this is a pump and dump share. You buy when you think it wont go lower and sell when you think it wont go higher. It goes up and down daily in large percentages with high spreads between buy and sell. It can make or lose you a lot of money and is a gamble. Don't buy more than you can afford to lose.

Sold today after watching this SP go down for several days and before I lost all my profit. I do however think this is a good share long term and possibly after a further issue of shares at a discount to shore up finances. I do believe this will need to happen before December. I will continue watching with interest and buy back in when I think the time is right. Good luck to all still holding.
