Sorry guys, it makes no difference if DC gets abusive emails or not. This share is dead. DC has by now taken as much money as he can out of it. I shall post my final farewells to everyone on Friday. Hope to see some of you on other chats.

To be honest, I don't give a damn if DC and the BOD get 500 or 5,000 or more emails a day giving them grief. It is no more than they deserve. But one should be careful posting threatening emails.

The problem is Bennster, even if the accounts are published, without these "apparent cornerstone investors" then just my opinion, but the company will be insolvent and will have to delist.

I cannot understand why the snake oil salesman keeps us hanging onto hope when he knows he is delisting. Can only think he has pleasure in seeing us shareholders suffer, otherwise why not just be honest? DC your time will come, I hope sooner rather than later.

It is very strange that for the last 4 months plus, we still do not know who this "prestigious firm of auditors" who took over from the previous apparently rubbish auditors is. Another con by DC and his well paid BOD. Time to make that snake salesman pay for his mis deeds. Time to make sure he never cons another investor out of their hard earned cash . This share is never going to relist and II just jumped the gun on what they knew.

Too many of us poor buggers on this site own shares and are hanging on for dear life. The company say they are not delisting and you will soon get to know the rampers on this site. Your ISA is at risk if they delist. In the meantime, not much you can do but prey

That filing on 8th January refers to resolutions already passed on 31st July last year?

Looks like only those on II have received this information and the question that needs to be asked is, if LVCG is delisting why would they publish on Companies House today Resolutions? Makes no sense. Also, where is the RNS?

Don't know who is supplying you with this false information. I have looked on II and no such mention. If LCGH was delisting, it would be in an RNS
