Maybe I am being cynical, but I wonder if DC employed Knco with the express intention of ramping LVCG to try to stop the placing being underfunded. After all it is strange he has now disappeared and it is the sort of tactic DC may try.

I don't know, but It sounds to me like the cornerstone investor maybe no more, otherwise why are they still underfunded?

MND1 - I do not think KNCO is Tintin in disguise. KNCO appears more intelligent although still not to be trusted.

Sarah has just replied to me about my suggestion of a public listing, quote - "That is indeed what we are trying to do"

Just been advised by Sarah that the funding shortfall is in the area of £100k - £150k. Dissapointing as we had been led to believe before that it was around £100k.

I suggested to Sarah that a public placing should be considered, but I am posting her response to see if anyone further would be prepared to invest. If only DC had been more honest with us all, this situation would not have arisen

Jimmy, If the board do read this, then why on earth don't they make David communicate instead of leaving it to Sarah to reply to emails for information?

So, the problem still is lack of funds and closing of placing. Let's hope some more people come on board to get this share going again.

I have just sent an email to Sarah asking if there is any further news. Being only just back from a week off, she may not have had the time yet to get her head around things, but we shall see.

Bail out or stay? If this does relist, then we need to get a sense of direction of the SP before we jump to bailing out although that is my inclination. Keeping my options open at the moment. Maybe the prudent way would be to sell a few if it ever relists and go from there. All my money in this share is written off, so anything more would be a bonus. GLA

All speculation. Unless the placing is fully invested this is not going to relist.

I emailed DC a couple of days ago asking him to communicate and said if I do not receive one, then it will be confirmation that this company is dead and I would advise shareholders.

He has not communicated, so DC seems to acknowledge that there is no hope for this company.

If he had bothered to communicate that a little more funding was required, he may have got it.

Obviously with Sarah not in this week, DC has no one to turn to for advice (not that he takes any notice). So, do not expect any RNS this week (far too complicated for DC). Also, expect DC to pull another sickie. If so, could be terminable like his companies .

I think most of us here are of the same opinion. Unless DC communicates and for the first time in his life is honest and spells out the facts, this company is going nowhere.

mnd1 - dc just refuses to communicate. i have sent him 2 emails suggesting he does as a priority and get nothing back. if this relists, i shall be bailing out faster than my **** hits the toilet. if he had bothered to communicate, i may have held on a bit longer. as it stands, dc cannot be trusted and this share will not relist.

Sounds like we are in a catch 2 situation. Cannot relist until the placing raises the funds and cornerstone investor not on board until we relist.

Obviously the cornerstone investor is not on board, other wise the current shortfall would not be a problem.

Unless DC mans up and communicates, this company is dead along with all his previous 20 companies. OK, so he is prepared to put in £2m. The placing needed to raise only £100k and is not fully funded. This speaks volumes how current share holders view him. With all his wealth DC could easily manage the shortfall.
