Well, due diligence due to be completed by Friday. In my experience, due diligence is not normally completed at the very last minute, but days ahead of schedule so that final negotiations can take place.

The RNS apparently has been waiting sign off for almost 2 weeks. What does that tell us?

Do not expect to hear anything before next week. Once more, DC is screwing this share with his non communication.

Get rid of DC and give this company a fighting chance of success.

Showjumper, Knco AKA Tintin200 has been predicting 20p / 30p for the last year and a half. He is a constant ramper that does not have a clue. Can't get his posts because I filtered the idiot a year ago and have no wish to continue to see his rubbish ramping.

However, Blaze can ramp all she likes and I will believe something straight from the horses mouth. Come on Blaze, blaze the trail for this share and good to hear you are recovering well :-).

Day before yesterday up over 18% on no news or is there positive rumour / inside trading knowledge?

Yesterday down over 10% because of auditor resignation. That would be expected.

Today up over 4.5% when you would expect a further slide unless good news is pending.

Definately something going on, let's hope it is all positive.

Showjumper, you make me laugh (in a positive way). You don't ramp the share but you show confidence in it's improvement I suspect just to make sure you can get out of it without loosing your money. I find you quite refreshing in a board of rampers and derampers.

All those sells at 12.35p are buys. I know because one of them is mine. When will this site get things right? It makes investors think incorrectly.

Simple, it is useless to explain to those with blindfolds on the situation the company is in or the true facts of the matter. I know what Sarah has told me and her feelings on LVCG. No further assumptions or discussions by us poor mortals are going to change the eventual outcome.

Shujja, what you said was not quite accurate. Sarah who is the Chief operating officer and an employee has not been paid for over a year and has had to find money to survive from elsewhere. I would imagine there are several other employees in the same boat. How DC gets away with this I cannot imagine.

Lovely to see all blue for once. However, SP rise has been negated by a 37.50% spread.

I was lucky to get in low and sold at around £1.20. In and out a couple of times, each time with a small loss. My biggest loss and regret is LVCG run by a bigger (in my opinion) con merchant than the CEO of this company. AIM is so badly regulated that it should be stopped as a trading platform. Not long before this company and LVCG fold because too unregulated.
