BeastlyD, I tried selling 200,000 of my shares and could not. I then put in the full total of my holding and received a quote but at a heavily discounted price. Wish I new what was going on but seems obvious the MMs are not interested in this share despite what other optimistic shareholders think. This is going down the drain again!

Bennster, I can answer that. David Cicitara is selling his shares at any price he can get.

Knigel, it was my intention to sell some of my holding so that I would not lose everything if this company goes under but at the same time keeping some in case it reincarnates. It is called prudence.

Seems obvious to me that the MMs have no faith in this company, otherwise they would allow unrestricted buying and selling.

DAVID CICLITIRA you have ruined and disolved 20 companies. You are ruining this one through non commuication. This company does not have a cornerstone investor at the moment and share holders are not able to get out before this becomes another of your disolved companies. What are you going to do to save this company? Non communication is not an answer.

Do you think this piece of trash will respond? No way.

If David really wants to save this corrupt company of his, then tell him he has to communicate. Although you have always been good at communicating you are like a politician - good at repying, avoiding the questions and staying on the fence. Everyone knows you want to get out and nobody blames you. I suspect you are only still there because if you left now, you would get nothing of what you are owed. I big lesson for you as for all of us mugs.

I think you made the right call. FAB seemed a bit dodgy to me and will have a look at Speedy Hire. Hope Blaze is fully recovered even if her predictions are not :-)

Seems to me that the Cornerstone Investor has either got cold feet, or that they are not happy with thier proposed investment after due diligence.

Not hopeful for a positive outcome. Just hope this company does not get dissolved before I can take the rest of my money out after having waited and waited for good news for God knows however many months.

DC has got to be charged with criminality surely after so many failed companies.

I asked Sarah if there was going to be good news in the coming days or is David still massaging the figures. Sarah has replied that "Hopefully we are nearly there".

I replied "When you say nearly there does that mean GOOD going forward?"

Have not had a reply to that yet , but maybe it was after hours and will communicate any reply that I receive.

What is absolutely certain is that Knco is just a ramper and of no consequence. Even Sarah has told me that Knco is an irritation and nothing more.

At the end of the day, DC with all his manipulations of the figures will not be able to change what was found in due diligence. I believe that once again DC has been found short and the Cornerstone investors if still interested will be renegotiating terms.

Showjumper, from past experience, DC will be making sure that he is not out of pocket which is his only concern. How do you think he made all his money? In my opinion simply by conning investors and employing rampers like Knco AKA Tintin200 to persuade investors to invest in his 20 previous companies before dissolving them and walking away with all the money while shareholders were left with nothing. By not communicating, DC makes sure he is not liable for falsifying information when the final axe comes down on his companies.

The positive news is - there is no positive news, only DC continuing to scam investors.

Showjumper, I used to be in contact with Sarah a lot, but have not bothered recently. Sarah is the only one in the company that bothers to communicate when emailed. Give her a try. Her problem is that she is shackled by DC who calls all the shots. If you gain her confidence and promise not to divulge information she will be more communicative.

Knco AKA Tintin200 is not an insider and probably not a shareholder but is just a spoiled brat having a bit of fun.

DC is a typical salesman, says anything that will earn him more money and is probably a bigger liar than anyone else.

Knigel, you are very balanced in your communications which speaks volumes for your approach to this company. But, it is very worrying that the auditors have not been paid and such information would put off new investors and others would be ditching their shares.

Is there any explanation why the auditors have not been paid? If they were taking too much time then that would signify that there were problems. After all, they were supposed to be the creme de la creme. DC better watch his next move before they sue the company. No cornerstone investor is going to want to invest in a defaulting company.
