Elegance, from total assets, one needs to subtract intangible assets as on liquidation these will hold no value.. So base your valuation on current assets less current liabilities. Also if cash is low, then that is also a worrying sign as any amount less than 6 months expenses could be worrying.

Very strange, my broker issued me with a "call to close" notice on this share. The SP has suddenly been fluctuating wildly up 38% then only up 10% within short spaces of time. Something is going on now and I wish I knew if it was good or bad. Anyone got any idea (not speculation) about what on earth is going on and where this will end up?

Relieved that on ex-divi day, a drop smaller than the divi obviously brought about by the RNS. This looks good going forward and the company should do well in the next 4 to 6 months. Think a buy for now, but expect strong buy coming up.

Final results were due to be published on the 11th June. No explanation for the delay, so I suspect the directors are still trying to massage the figures.

Financials for y/e feb 2024 show they were just in positive equity. I do believe that when the results come out for Feb 2025 that they will be in negative equity and this will mean that they will have to raise more cash through additional shares at a substantial discount. Be worth following this company to see if there are any bargains to be had

Sadly, looks to me that the company is almost out of cash and is going to need to raise more equity as the company is basically bankrupt with negative equity and will not be allowed to continue trading. I hope I have analysed the situation incorrectly

Does not seem to have any contracts worth mentioning, but that is why the SP is what it is. With the world as it is, defence stocks should command a premium. Maybe this will come good, or maybe it will just continue hemorrhaging cash. I think it is worth a small punt but don't risk your shirt on it.

Hello Showjumper, how are things with you. Did you sell your WINE shares or are you still holding onto them? This one might have been worth a punt if everything had been agreed and settled but at the moment looks like another LVCG company to me.

Looks like the fall is an over reaction. SP was already heavily discounted.

Nice £2m buy just after close. Shame about the price dipping, but only a normal hiccup after a big rise yesterday.

M007j - YES I do think a takeover is likely. Not sure when, and only my gut instinct .

TomKe22, my post was not a fictional experience! Finally today, they contacted my wife, apologised and are sending wine by express delivery. We shall have to see. I had been both a shareholder and a Naked Wine subscriber for several years and unsubscribed when I saw it was a failing company as can be seen by its SP over the last couple of years . Business model is outdated and it needs a new change of management. Nothing malicious about my post, just pure fact.
