RE: Approvals14 Feb 2022 16:10
Mirasol, if the situation you describe happens then I expect, as a shareholder, that ANGS refuse any offer and produce gas at SFB. Then once, up and running, the other parties may reevaluate and others may take an interest. The situation you describe, is almost as though when an offer come in, we HAVE to accept it and that is ludicrous!
Also, why would the other interested parties wait for SOU or even care about what SOU does? Putting a positive slant to counter your negative one, SOU nipped in quickly (without even getting an NDA in place) and put in a ridiculously low offer to try to get ANGS/SFB on the cheap. They failed. The other more sophisticated parties are looking at the full picture and will put in a reasonable offer that is good for their shareholders but also that sees them in with a good chance of ending up with the prize.
I have no idea how accurate my version of events is but I strongly suspect it 's closer than yours which is simply designed to put a negative spin on this!
GLM!
