The SP will continue to bounce around erratically until or unless the Epc signed. Just traders and froth. Any news leak would trigger a huge and sudden rise, much greater than anything we've seen. Unless that happens, no epc

The results make me wonder why the two directors dumped so much stock a few months back. It was wondered if they knew something was afoot. It seems not. Maybe they just needed the money.

Incidentally, I wonder why the full 'Financial Results for Half Year Ended 30 June 2024' PDF isn't available on the KP2 website - but is embedded within the RNS ?

The website includes a much shorter (10 page) report (under 'Announcements') but not the full 39 page report, which is accessed only from the RNS link. The 10 page one makes none of the references to the October '24 'expectations' etc which are in the 39 page one.

Almost exactly a year since KP2 posted its bi annual accounts so maybe an update this week alongside the new statements? Unless there is a sudden rise beforehand, I'm guessing lawyers need more time

LemonTree - thanks for your post, but I feel you are too focussed on absolutely worst-case scenarios. The fact is that the Russians are making a desperate last push for the strategic high ground (Potrovsk and CY) before winter sets in and the US presidential elections are held.

The way will then be open - in the NY - to negotiations. With a bit of compromise on both sides - and a Ukrainian acceptance of the realities on the ground - a ceasefire and a settlement (perhaps long-lasting??) can be found.

But I agree that investors need a very strong nerve ! Buffett - "be brave when others are wary!"

ATG - agree entirely. I don't understand why anyone would want to sell ATM. My point is only that the sig will be accompanied by max fanfare for political reasons. GLA
