Another Month goes by……. Why are the Directors NOT pushing for completion like most property sellers would do in this situation. The Buyers imho are getting a really good deal. It’s 18 months since the Board put the Company up for sale and life being as it is, a fair few of our retirement homes must of come empty with death,people moving into care or residential homes, so the value of those houses will be at full market value. Would love to know the actual number as would give an idea of potential uplift in what % of retirement homes become available to sell at full price over a period of time.

Must be getting close to exiting some of the businesses where they have done a great job in turning round the Companies with vastly improved Revenue, Margins and Profits under their guise of PIE.

Then we can look forward to new Companies where they can weave their great Management Skills and give another boost to the SP and hopefully special dividend.

Compo— the reason for shareholders and the Stock Market is to ensure that the Board can transform from an Exploratin Company to a Production Company in a very difficult part of the World. It’s also annoying that it has been over 4 months waiting for an up to date JORC. The Board are being paid handsomely to create value for Shareholders and they have failed in this respect. The Market and Shareholders don’t want to wait 3 months to discover if something is wrong. Everyone simply wants confidence that all is good and all the right decisions are being taken.After all all the relevant production figures will be to hand so producing Monthly in stead of Quarterly should NOT be an issue. Being pad $220,000 pa ( I Believe) means that they are paid very well to CREATE SHAREHOLDER VALUE and if they can’t or WONT ( I know they have shares as well) there is a case of bringing in someone who understands the first and most important part of being a CEO. I have written 3 times to the company but no reply, which worries me as to how important Shareholders are, as they still get paid handsomely-

Exactly my message. For Kodal to be taken seriously,the Market needs to be convinced that the Company can turn from Exploration ( Board did a good job but remember the issue with getting the Export Licence ) to Production . The best way is with regular news flow.

Well established miners produce quarterly because they have been running for along time so they have a sound track financial record.Once Kodal have provided such proof, I am more than happy to get quarterly updates but Kodal isn’t a BHP Rio etc.

It says nothing new as Hainan webpage “hnhainan.com “ told us that on 20/03/2026 and ALSO announces that 3rd Shipment is being loaded so based on 1st shipment we were told only took couple of days and 2nd shipment abit longer, so we need to watch Hainan much closer.

Ask I keep saying Kodal Board NEED to communicate on a very regular basis, to take all the concerns off the market, that Kodal can NOT keep the projected 120t for the first year.

Trust me, if the Board played its part in keeping the Market up to date, the SP will drive forward, all that is required is “ Proof of Cashflow” The only reason any.business fails is NO Cash. I was a retired Bank Manger involved in advising stressed Business what was needed to bring them out of that spiral and in 90+ times, the failure was Senior Managers did not have a handle on Cashflow. .The market is not prepared to gamble that the Management has Cashflow under control, it needs to see PROOF so let’s have Monthly figures and take that pessimism away.

Bad your a star…. Walnut.. Any updates/ information released is great news as it helps the market see that Kodal can produce on a regular basis NOT just 2 months. As I have said, the Market is looking for proof that Kodal can produce over a long period. The PR of Kodal is helping reduce the SP because there is a degree of uncertainty. The Boards first job, is to enhance Share price and the only way is to provide the Market with proof of product over long term. At a lost of why you say Board doesn’t need to post on the recent visit, which is correct BUT given that people on this board are shaky worrying about various issues- one recently regarding the relationship between Kodal and Hainan, then an TNS stating relationship is good given recent visit. No doubt Bfd you will will find negative as you always are. Please find another board or be positive. I have taken a 9,600,600 position and when it went down briefly to 0.29 was hairy but back up to 0.315 so smile. I am looking at 0.40 partial exit.

And Kodal didn’t put anything out!!! PR is a joke

The post on Hainan Mining own investor site makes really good reading. Second shipment arrived all is good and Third shipment being loaded. Hainan’s own president visited the site a couple of days ago and all seemed good. It’s a pity that Kodal didn’t post this article. Have written to the company twice but NO reply.Bernard and all need to remember that their first priority is to create shareholder value ie. Increasing share price, but they are not doing at the momentt. At this early stage, the Market and Me need regular updates.

I for one wouldn’t mind if this fell through, as we are at a 8% yield on very safe NAV which is at least 20% under value. I have taken another cheeky top up. Am annoyed that I topped up at 56p thinking it’s a no brainier.

Marcy, what the market is looking for is proof of concept and 2 months figures aren’t cutting it. Most business do a monthly cashflow so the figures I suggested be published will be to hand. Your comment of doing my own investigation, relies on the company providing the necessary information. As any new Business,there is the need to prove that Board assumptions are being met and until the Market can see proof of those assumptions, it will err on the side of caution. It’s normal business practice, suggest you consider that. Regarding the energy report mentioned below could someone kindly post.

That is what I have been saying all along Kodal needs to prove up that they can produce on a regular basis, that’s why I want the Board to produce Monthly updates in the short term ie next 4 months. Once they provide proof it’s not a one off, this share will re rate. I have emailed the Company but no reply.

I was aware that Company intended to issue quarterly updates but at this early stage of becoming a Production Company, the market is looking for proof that the company can deliver on a regular basis, so needs to see at least 6 months of production. Monthly options would help as they are not waiting for to long. The figures are there in the Boards hands so will not be difficult to produce. Never known anyone moan about receiving too much information. All that is needed from the Board is reassurance that the initial production figures are continuing.

What we really need is more regular up dates so there are no estimates on things like tonnage held at mine and at Port-Production rate per month and grade.The board needs to prove it has transformed from explorer to regular Production company with say a 6 month track record, so Kodal needs to produce monthly figures giving Ore mined-Spod held at Mine and at Port and grade. These figures are at hand so would be easy to produce a Monthly RNS, allowing us long term shareholders to breathe easy at last. I do consider that the Board has done a great job, bringing the Mine and production with little delay and on budget. There has been hundreds of Explorers who have never got to Production and shareholders just need the proof that the first 2 shipments are not one offs.Also would be nice to know how they intend to get the grade up to the 6% which was forecast.
