Why are we accepting shares for APH as the company is winding dow.The only reason must be that the board must think that APH is very under rated and see potential for growth. However I would like the Board to give us the reason. If we sell APH there will be tax to pay. I would like to know what cash the company would have if sold APH,added onto the cash already in the bank and an estimate sale price for the ther assets held. If the Board read my comments, please could you provide an answer or Simon Thompson May. It would be nice to be given an answer.

Alliance has received small increase in the offer from DBray.I don’t understand why our board are not updating us on what I would call “ market sensory informational” As per last RNS 10/01/2025 do we assume that LDG still intend to accept a Loan note instead of cash and if so what are the revised terms now there has been an increased offer? We still need to know why we are not taking cash as the company is winding down.All we are doing is helping DBray in their office for Alliance as they don’t need as much cash to complete takeover. This appears to be a concert party takeover. What are the benefits to LDG shareholders by the board of taking loan notes instead of cash especially as the notes are not transferable/sellable and so no value. ALSO where are we up to with the outstanding tender offer first mooted nearly 3 months ago. I am going to ask the board for comments.

There has been no further update re the distribution for 2 months and I wonder what the hold up is. Re Alliance take over there is a court hearing tomorrow which should wave it through. LDG has only a couple of investments left. So are they going to run with the shares that they get in hope of a re rate. They also have the option ( may be a closed period in which they can not sell ) to sell the shares and invest in other shares where they feel there is a lot of upward movement. Thirdly they could sell the shares in Alliance by either accepting cash or accept shares and then sell in due course. Personally I would prefer they sell the Alliance shares and re-distribute either via special dividend or tender and run the company down as a few other companies have elected to do either as their is little opportunity to narrow the Nav discount or raise further monies to make a sizeable investment elsewhere. It is well documented in the media recently that the costs of maintaining a full or Aim listing is expensive in relation to the benefits.It could be that they want to get the Alliance deal over the line and then combine the 2 deals together. Let’s see

My have answered own question so apologies for last post. Simon Thompson of Investors Chronicle 18 Nov 2024 puts a nav of 8.4p based on a $18.1m but that valuation is over 9 months old.He put a valuation of 11p for MicroSalt ( based at 70p per share but the price swings a lot) and luckily only 0.40 which has reduced significantly. So 25p May not that be to far out.

Thought that it was listed but didn’t realise it was on Nasdaq. Thanks so we can get a spot Nav on those 4 holdings. The question is will Guident list on London or Nasdaq and at what price. If anyone has the spare time to get a Nav based on those 4 listings and then get an average of what investors think Sp will be when Guident floats. Lastly need an estimate of what other investments we have.

Could someone please give me an idea of how the Nav arrives at 25p. We listed portfolio companies- MicroSalt=Genip=Belluscura so easy to work out their contribution to Nav. What value is given to Guident as that must make a chunky inroad to 25p Nav. We also have Innovative Eyewear (doubt will list this year ) and other company investments, so what values has been attributed there. We know there are of investment trusts out there with Nav way under the asp. If you look at Simon Thompson he is always recommending companies with high Nav vSp. Look at his nearly released 2025 share tips and there are a couple in there. It’s great there being a huge discount to Nav but there needs to be a catalyst to unlock the value into £’s Sp.

Agreed. If you look on Alliance web page Scheme of Arrangement done on 31/1/25 with Court date of 25/02/25. Really think our board should be keeping us more informed .Importantly they should be telling the shareholders what their intentions will be if everything completes as envisaged ie. 1 if take shares what are their long term goals with the shares. 2 if take cash are they going to distribute 50% to shareholders via tender as their intention in RNS of 24/12/2024 or special dividend ( which I think a lot of shareholders would prefer and importantly for some investors with tax implications could fall nicely in this years tax 2024/2025. 3 update on tender offer as per RNS 24/12/2024.

It’s promising but really want to get Evade booked in. Been over 6 months we could do with an update as to what is stopping Evade from committing. We know that they will need funds shortly so let’s Evade on board which will lead to a much higher share price and therefore will lead to smaller diluting of existing shareholders.

Came across Ondo early July and bought at 13.23p then with RNS 12/09 saying increasing capacity bought another slug at 14.47p. Today sold half of my holding at 27.22p at double average buying price so from here on in free ride. Could of been greedy as sure they will continue to rise but stuck to my motto ( along with a lot of others ) When it doubles sell half and leave it alone as it’s a free ride.Have great hopes for DGI but after RNS of 12/09 Ondo was nailed on. Just need a great RNS now by DGI and same story… GLA

So called as he does half a job. Why can’t he finish one thing. He needs to prove the gold is there first. This placing was always going to happen as every time there is a positive RNS he hits shareholders with a placing. I was going to top up BUT knew there would be a placing, so waited and hence could buy in at a lower price. However this latest mad cap escapade is enough for me. What happened to the last option? So Arthur show us the GOLD at Clogau and then we may believe that you can deliver.

Tex’a shares in Microsalt )69% not inc CLN’s ) is worth approx £25m versus Tex market value is £18-19m. Even if we said all other holding are worthless ( GeniP is listed so we know Tex £ stake ) Can’t see any other listed company that has a stake in a listed company that is £7m dearer than its own market value with the rest of its investments.Lets see what Simon Thompson or Oak bloke say

Clever trick…why don’t TXP complete deal with their sale only deal—— then sell for cash to LO—-use the cash to repurchase shares they issued in the first place leaving a nice 50% profit. ie buy around 45p in shares then sell at 68p per share… know there are costs involved but think the costs will be paid from profit and leaving a nice tidy profit

In the last 2 months approx with have had 7 updates on first gas etc.In the last 2 they stated first gas days away.Bod have now gone silent and no updates in last 3/4 weeks.The last one said was due to communication between various items on the site but would be quick. Why no update for so long. Is it possible that the amount of gas is way under what was expected and Board trying to resolve or come up a reason why they got the gas levels wrong.They need to let us shareholders know NOW what the delay is as at this moment they are misleading the market to link all OK when it is nor

If they were to look to raise cash using Royalties we have, dont forget we have a share in Trident Royalty and Mtr seem to do deals with companies they have a stake in.

Today’s RNS refers to the RNS of 19th January 2021. There is no RNS of that date. What is going on ?? There is an RNS of 25th January . Have they got the dates wrong ? If so how can we trust a company that makes simple errors like dates.

Fed up with people Not reading and understanding what is said... If you are to comment re read the RNS again... how many people commented re 39 tons being sent to Cornwall. The relevant RNS never said that.. What I don’t understand is we have had several positive RNS but price has never broke out of .56>.58.... today we go down...Why Why ... any ideas please
