I have just written to the company expressing my concern that the actual price will be less than 63p per share after costs. I have asked them to provide an idea of what actual price we get as they must have an idea of costs of closing down the company. This time last year 71p was given, add on reversionary 32p gives 103p. I know we would not get Full 32p. This time last year Simon Thompson of the IC said, could expect north of 71p. I have suggested, Know they won’t, give the estimated price per share and let shareholders vote again. I certainly would NOT vote to wing up. Thoughts
