i 'll be happy with an initial rise to 1040 p ish ( 50% retrace from recent fall ) and then 11090/1100 p ( res.) --Need to see a close above 1000p or i will consider a split s/b trade short down to 950 p --------GL.

I dropped my s/l down a little . -- look for a close back above 1000 p today . I'm in TW a bit higher than 103 p so i'm in catch -up mode .--- agreed ,looking at the interest there appears to be in TSB , i think it may give us a few pounds profit . I read that Hedge Funds are very interested ----not 100% sure what that implies ?? Got a little s/b long on AV. this morning @ 507.5 p ---got to get back above 510 p ish soon tho' as could see 490 .0 p if not . My FRES long was triggered again , so up a bit at the mo. on that . Ftse100 needs to get back above 6800 !! -------GL.

this are too extreme tho' to maintain the uptrend ---just have to keep trading it , which is what many others are doing judging by the drops ?? ----i got stopped out on my trailing stop at 910 p for a 5 p gain --it's heading back to support levels @ 865 p and just hit 50 EMA @ 876 p ----200EMA is 790 p -----hope for a close above 880 p today -----have just gone long again @ 875 p ( just small) as further drop if 880 p cannot be re-taken !!---GL>

I should quit while i'm ahead now (lol) ---Had a small short posn from 531 p which i closed today @ 520 p on a limit s/b , but what now ? ---The Dow tested 16700 (16704) and bounced into the close --Pundits have it rising again now , possibly to re-test 17000 ----Ftse100 futures showing a drop of 19 points for tomorrows open , but still above the 6800 level -----This should all help Aviva maintain current levels and move on up to test 531/533 again. ---It has performed extremely well over the last 12 months --50EMA is at about 517 p --200 EMA at about 465 p.---what worries me ,is that it hasn't touched that 200EMA since last July --and technicals tell us that at some point it will converge on the 200 EMA-- MACD has turned slightly negative and RSI is showing slightly under half way at 49 ----Tell me which way i hear you shout and less of the mumbo jumbo (lol) ------------Well the divi's not very good and the fundamentals are not brilliant , but not disastrous either -------My best guess would be to say if todays low does not hold then 510 p is next support and MUST be held to maintain the uptrend ----It is 12 p in either direction ( 510 p down , 534 p up ) --so i'm out until i get a clear signal from todays "no mans land " --------------------Clear as mud (lol)-------GL tho ' if your in and holding , as a HOLD is the correct broker recomm . at the moment ----
