Kibo Energy PLC, the multi-asset, Africa focused, energy company, is pleased to announce that further to the announcement dated 9 October 2019, it has raised £1,990,000 via the issue of 442,222,280 ordinary shares of par value €0.001 each ('New Ordinary Shares') through a placing at a price of 0.45 pence per New Ordinary Share (the "Placing Price") (the "Fundraising"). The proceeds from the Placing will be utilised primarily to further develop the Company's diverse energy portfolio and working capital requirements.

Good luck. Colin did well... for himself and certain clients... after all, he enabled Henderson's to sell out at around 2p!! :) Lucky them.. to be able to sell at that price is a pipedream now. To the conference call last night - mixed feelings really. On the one hand, they have been dealt crippling blows, with the decline of permits to re-stimulate the wells, but on the other, to be frank, they did not exactly fill me with much hope or optimism either that things in Slovenia could be salvaged? Vague hope... end of year (possibly). They also didn't bid in the Croatia bidding round, and have a few ideas to keep production at least going for a while... Year end SP will be interesting! GLA.

Doesn't do bunting... let's hope he has the ace up his sleeve though... to relieve the LTH's gloom!! :) GL all for tomorrow (and beyond!)

Likes strength in the SP... and those of us who've been here for more than a few days know why... it's his forte, to raise off the back of it. Fair enough. I'm already in - with a 23p average... so 50p would be a bag for me!! Maybe higher on a spike I guess, but with a third well to drill, may drop again, until that's done too? Anyway... got a few more today myself... risk/reward is good by me. Let's see what happens... GLA.

Depending on who you listen to, the chance of success for this well is in the range 50-70%. If it fails, back to 10p-or so, if it comes in, up to 50p+ again? Big risks... big reward.

Buying and topping up here personally now... choppy waters this month in the UK, but should allow for some good prices across the board. Can see 1p-1.2p on spudding the well, which is a good uplift from here. If the well hits... 3p+ easily. Lots to play for. GLA.

The 1m pound contract is not signed yet.. Real shame. Downbeat update really all round. Hoped for much better..

Sirius is a bit of a basket case at the moment. People putting too much in there.. some their whole pension pots and life savings I've heard... Could do well, if the funding gets sorted, you might get lucky on it. Probably safer in a bank!! :)

It's tough.. bounces around a great deal this share. Hard to watch sometimes. Will hopefully top up end of next week too, if it's still down here and no buyout... in for a penny and all that! GL, and I hope your fiver is breached soon enough... never nice to be underwater on a share. Awaiting the results with interest too... hopefully positive ones.

Ah, not been too long in this one... so only around £2.40... bought a few well below this though, to get there!! :) Still, I would hope to see profit before Christmas... even without a buyout. I don't have 60k shares like you though... not in your league!!
