Correct... HMRC have their money ring-fenced... it's other creditors who will not...

"The Company now believes there are approximately £600,000 of legacy debts still owing, including to HMRC, which the Company intends settling and have been accounted for in its cash-flow forecasts. In addition, there is approximately £400,000 of creditors with whom the Company is in dispute that these are creditors of the Company. Whilst a contingency for this has been made in the cash-flow forecasts, the Company does not anticipate settling these. "

Truth is... the previous management bled this company dry of money... one CEO (Graeme Thomson in 2016 I believe) was paid approximately US$1.6m in Shares and cash remuneration, even though they found not one drop of oil!! Hence, they have issued shares like confetti and consolidated. The original holders are down 90%+ now. Also, they basically twisted the truth, in RNS and statements made... Glowing in the Dark etc. (for those that were around, like me!). Asher is just using this, as a lifestyle company... IMO. They may find some oil eventually... but it will be pure luck, if they do. GL anyway.

A few chunkier buys this afternoon... sadly, more than I could afford... but still, shows some confidence! If the update is positive, this month... could see some price rises from here! :) GLA.

No problem if they take their time.. As long as they do it right. Seems in the past they've not been too successful. If they can turn it around, the rewards could be great here. Holding for that.

Why Reso… we didn't know you cared that much... Things in Slooooooovenia must be extremely boring, for you to be so concerned for us all. Thanks... but your arguments are irrelevant. The proof will be in the progress, or lack of. Let's wait and see. I suspect a different outcome.
