Temporary Suspension of Trading

Management Resource Solutions plc (AIM:MRS) has requested a temporary suspension of trading on AIM of the Company's shares with immediate effect.

The Company has received an e-mail, after business hours in Australia and from an Australian firm providing insolvency solutions, stating that certain of their officers have been appointed as Voluntary Administrators of five of the Company's operating subsidiaries pursuant to Section 436C of the Corporations Act 2001.

The directors will, as a matter of urgency, investigate the veracity of the email and its contents and seek to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. A further announcement will be made in accordance with the AIM Rules

So.. Everything else is no longer viable? What a waste of time, effort and money.. All for nothing. Maybe they'll change the name now too.. HIGHLANDS HEMP? Hope it all works this time.

Looks like a shrewd bit of business.. Substantially reducing the infill drilling time too. Good news.

This share is.. However, I do see today's announcement as positive. GR trying to allay some fears. Could be a good end to the year. I'd take a nice cashback if offered? GLA.

What you talkin' about fool!! :) China is definitely withholding/delaying payments... so I would hope it's en-route... if they need any more funds in the future post-this, I hope they take the timescales into account.

Jimmy... I don't know, I'm not invested here... just surprised at how some BOD's treat their shareholders... always seems to be the humble PI that gets the brunt of the pain... GL to everyone, hope it comes back for you all.

Not sure why so many negative views? The initial concern was that the FO would not happen at all... it has, and has been concluded. I'm happy personally... seems like a progressive deal that will pay out all parties very well. Plus unconventional to come... onward and upward from here... should be a very interesting ride! :) GLA.
