I concur with what you mentioned in your last post. The fact that Peel Hunt are named as Joint Corporate Brokers, and the existing Companies are staying put, make me think they have been brought in as middle men, to ensure both parties are looked after during any deal.

Short payback time.

We may work in the same field of Pharma manufacturing. I worked on a new inhaler line in the East Mids in 2015-18 and carried out software validation, hardware protocols and commissioned the entire installation. I am an Electrical Engineer who can do both power and PLC software validation. I have worked with some very strict, as you would expect, QP’s and Plant management teams.
The part that always struck me was the very short proposed payback for a very expensive installation.

I love that mate. Do you remember on Spitting Image, in the 80’s?, Reaganomics, he used to say imagine the USA income is a massive Blueberry pie. 1/2 of that pie goes on defence, another 1/2 goes on welfare, another 1/2 goes on infrastructure and the last 1/2 we can give away as tax breakers. Lol.

As we an anticipate the next bit of crucial news, I was just thinking (Dangerous I know!!) That the UK, and the world, needs an effective therapy to treat Covid 19 now, as much as we needed vaccinations last year. The link below shows an overview of how the Oxford University/Astra Jab was discovered, developed, manufactured and rolled out.
The Oxford part of the deal was, they invented or created the vaccination and Astra, with their resources, developed it, manufactured it and distributed it. I believe that we are at this stage now with our SDC 1801.
The secret patent is vital, to protect us from being carried away with a tidal wave of urgency. There is enough evidence with the recent RNS (1st July) that our compound is superior to at least one the existing therapies, no to low Tox and it can be taken orally. So, I would not be surprised if the next news is not about Agile, but:

News on a partnership with one of the big boys.
Agile may be able to offer funding and phase acceleration, but I believe that a major Pharma knows how to get compounds from Pre - clinical/clinical trial stage, to pills on the Pharmacy shelves quicker than anyone. With this news and any Government pre manufacturing orders the SP will just explode.
