How you doing JB?, well I hope. I mentioned a few days ago, I always seem to think some abstract thoughts, the one area that is a loose end, IMHO, is the lack of options for the NED’s. If, and when, we hear about them being sorted, I am sure we are on our way. I posted a copy of the insiders options and purchases from the Sierra crew, I think about Jan 2022 time, they all got loaded up well before the news. GLA. PS I am sure that TM and JR are sorted with approx a 1 million shares each post consolidation.

From little LSE table above, the holdings are listed as pre consolidation and after consolidation the holding are:
Tim Mitchell 1,009,520
John Reader 971,000
Stephen Parker 83,688
Clive Birch 40,000

I am not sure how accurate that table is, but as I mentioned, Parker, Birch and especially Owen need some options in my opinion. If and when we get that news, I think we will be getting close to some interesting news. GLA

Sorry, should have been clearer, TM and JR have 1 million shares each after consolidation. But the NED’s do not have many at all. I think Parker has about 50,000 shares after consolidation, but Birch and Owen have relatively small amounts from wage reduction and other deals.
My point is, I cannot see any big deal coming before the supporting crew getting something worth while. If you use the recent GSK amount for Sierra about £1.5 bn giving us about £21 a share, I would suggest that after tax and paying the option price, Parker, Birch and Owen deserve at least 2 million each. So I would be expecting some options very shortly at around £2.50 for 200,000 shares for each of the 3 mentioned. GLA

At the moment, IMHO, the NED’s and Stephen Parker do not have enough skin in the game, for them to be rewarded if the big offer came in. I am expecting share options for Parker, Owen and Birch, and maybe a few more for Mitchell and Reader, although have about 1m each already.
I know that trading rules differ, but just take a look at the link below regarding Sierra. I just cannot see anything happening until the back room staff, who to be fair are doing the stuff that needs to be done, are given options. GLA.

Hello Ahfam, hoping you are well. I was shocked when I read about GSK’s acquisition of Sierra, but it just shows you what the big boys will pay a minnow for hot compounds. To be honest a figure like the one they paid for Sierra, Approx £1.4bn would suit me just fine, about £21 a share. Your post of 19:18 makes good reading, and I believe you are on the ball with your musings. Good Luck to you and everyone else who hold these golden tickets.

I posted a message on here on Nov 5th last year, noting that Sierra and Sar had the same Market Cap, roughly £200m, it just shows you what can happen. GLA

GSK will not want to pay royalties to CRT and ourselves for SRA 737, maybe they will buy it off us both, outright. GLA

Maybe, when they consolidated, you had an odd number of shared not divisible by 50, so they sold them and credited the proceeds, min 1 share, max 49:shares.GLA

On the Sierra renegotiated deal, 2 years ago, am I reading this right? They seem to have the option to skip the first milestone payment:
In the event that the milestone payment for a milestone event, as defined in the CRT License Agreement, becomes due, but no milestone payment for an earlier milestone event has been paid, then the milestone payment attached to the earlier milestone event will automatically become due and payable contemporaneously with the payment for the later milestone event. Sierra will accrue for any future milestones payments once they are considered probable of occurring.
If that is the case, who signed that frigging deal. GLA
