Spot on PCS, we have had our vomit session, me included, let’s get back on track, like SOG mentioned, lots to come in the coming weeks and months. Nice to see a bit of blue at last. Come on SAR, let’s gets going. GLA.
Look at the sort of cash that PH manage through placings.

Very disappointed with the fall from 9p, old money to just below 3p old money. What does give me some confidence though, is the fact that only 10 weeks ago, Sareum raised more capital from HNWI’s at a price of 5p, surely (don’t call me Shirley) they would have their underlings researching this to death before investing £million’s, especially after seeing the fall from 9p.
Like everyone who has been here for a while, we know that this will slip until we get news, I just think, just a hunch, that the HNWI’s, PH coming onboard and the consolidation is all part of what is coming our way and it will start with Tox update and 1801 going into trials. GLA
Get the feeling that we are bent over, with our heads through the railings and PH and the BOD are behind us loosening their belts? The BOD have 3 weeks to release some real positive news, to get this SP back towards double figures before this will get my vote. GLA

I posted on Dec 19th last year something similar to your musings.
‘ Seems strange to me that consolidation is about to happen, after years of telling us that if gave us nothing, even Stephen Parker dismissed the idea. Maybe they are looking at a stock for stock merger with one of the big boys. This would make sense, Tim and John would sit on board and watch their inventions through to fruition, and we get some cash and some shares. Just a thought.

Good morning Jon, and a belated happy new year to you and all other holders. Great earlier post, by the way, covering a lot of interesting areas. As we all know, with this share, it will drift down on no news, but can fly quickly on good news, I am sure the BOD know this as well. I am expecting an exciting Q1 and I am convinced that we will break double figures, before any consolidation.
The missed deadlines on news are annoying, but very regular, with this stock but maybe, just maybe, we will get lots of news in quick succession.
I mentioned a few weeks back, and it may have been misread, that consolidation of shares can be done for other reasons, other than, giving a more credible share price. I will try and post some stuff I was reading on it. If you look at the merger strategies for some companies, there is a way of transferring a small company’s share value over to shares in a larger company by means of consolidation.
I do not think, like others on here do, that John and Tim are looking to cash out and sail into the sunset, there creations are their life’s work, and they will want to see it through to manufacture, in my opinion. I also get the impression, just a feeling, that we are close to some substantial news regarding a larger Pharma’s interest.
Well done on your Sierra investment, and I would not rule out some more business between Sierra and Sareum, but this time on our terms.
As always Jon, I read your posts, and all others, with great interest and may I return your wishes of Love, Peace and Harmony. GLA.

I was thinking something similar COBRADAN. No matter what people say about the HNWIs, they will be p***ed. I may be way off the mark, but this could be a precursor for more cash to come in from the said individuals, but at the original price, 2-3p. As most agreed when they came onboard, they must have been confident in a steady rise on the current state of affairs. The delays, if they are seen as poor management, will not sit right with them. Good Luck All.
It is funny to think that Sierra has nearly the same Market Cap as Sareum, after dollar to pound conversion £202 M for us and £207 M for Sierra. I know that we have many more shares, but MC is MC. When we done the deal, all those years ago, we were real minnows, but one bit of good news here and we will have a higher MC than Sierra. GLA
I concur with what you mentioned in your last post. The fact that Peel Hunt are named as Joint Corporate Brokers, and the existing Companies are staying put, make me think they have been brought in as middle men, to ensure both parties are looked after during any deal.
From Peel Hunt website : ‘We regularly advise both offerors and offerees, retained Corporate clients and outside parties on such matters, particularly in the context of public company M&A work, compliant with the POTAM rules’
