My price target is £3.

Thats based on the £200m a year target by the company and market size.

This is a company ran by seasons experienced professionals, with factories in place, EU certs in place, IP in place.

Just need that one spark of funding to pay for materials and hello moon.

Being professional, you cant have a company that is stepping to save the company be pushed back at this stage.

Also the deal is yet to be finalised as it is being voted on in the 4th Dec at the GM.

@Triton71, they started the Pinnacle deal review back in August, before the UK gov started talking about new funding for manufacturing etc.

Get ready, the UK gov needs to grant millions into the UK founded company AMTE, and help fund the creation of the Dundee factory to make jobs, to secure the UK's manufacturing industry and keep the lead of sodium batteries.

Keep this moment in mind, and if the UK government don't give AMTE a grant after given the Indian company TATA £500m then we know that the UK government is hollow and giving away money to foreign enterprises and not supporting Britain!

Looking through the last few grants AMTE didn't get anything. Remember they gave TATA and Indian company £500m!!!!!

This is the time that the UK gov can redeem themselves by giving AMTE a grant to build the Dundee factory and get Sodium Battery production going in the UK.

If the UK government don't give AMTE a grant of more than £3m then they have allowed the company to be sold to a foreign company in essence.

The only way that the UK government can save this country is help manufacturing of new tech, and also it will help their pledge to environmental issues.

So to summarise:

1) The UK gov need to give a grant or risk losing AMTE to a foreign country.

2) if the UK gov give a grant for £3m or more then we must vote NO on the pinnacle deal.

Looks like the government are about to announce some eco and manufacturing grants.

If the government provides a grant from autumn budget, then must vote no on the pinnacle deal.

Gov green grants and push for manufacturing coming.

Plus the expectation for a new better offer.

The UK gov are about to go hard for eco and driving UK manufacturing.

The fact they gave Tata £500m means that if they leave AMTE out of this round there will be serious questions.

As such, this is the perfect investment, as a fund can beat the pinnacle offer, and then get a massive UK Gov kickback to offset the outlay.

With all the UK Gov subsidiaries that will be coming through the pipeline, this adds support to why some investment funds will look to put additional offers on the table, as they can re-coup cash fast.
