I would rather watch the company enter administration then accept their current offer.

If Britain lose AMTE, the country will never recover in the new battery race.

The TATA deal is complete BS, £500m for obsolete technology that cant compete on the in the global markets.

Happy to lose my whole holding if that means a valuable lesson to the UK Government.

The whole world is moving to electric, and every UK government report says that more investment in British own and ran companies is the best way to meet demand and also achieve low carbon targets.

Vote No to pinnacle, better to see the company go into administration rather than sell the silverware for a chip dinner.

The UK Government gave £500m to Tata, yet they have completely failed to support British Battery Companies.

In the Autumn Statement:

The government will shortly set out more on its actions to support investment and growth in the manufacturing sector with the publication of the Advanced Manufacturing Plan and UK Battery Strategy.

If the UK government fails to support AMTE then vote NO to pinnacle and let AMTE go bankrupt thus permanently damaging the UK and Tory Government.

The UK gov already screwed up with Britishvolt which is now owned by the US company Recharge Industries, due to the UK governments lack of support. And lets not forget that the UK Gov just gave £500m to Tata.

4.74 Other announcements being taken forward by the government at Autumn

Statement which support UK advanced manufacturing firms include expanding

the Made Smarter Adoption programme, responding to Lord Harrington’s review

of foreign direct investments, championing apprenticeship provision through the

growth sectors apprenticeship pilot and providing details of further Investment

Zones focused on the sector. The government will shortly set out more on its

actions to support investment and growth in the manufacturing sector with the

publication of the Advanced Manufacturing Plan and UK Battery Strategy.

5.138 Business innovation support – The government will invest £145 million

through Innovate UK to support business innovation. This includes £20 million for

productivity and decarbonisation of foundation industries, £50 million for battery

innovation, £50 million for investment in Catapults, and £25 million for innovation in

critical technologies.

5.159 Manufacturing Funding – Funding of £4.5 billion will be made available

starting in 2025-26 lasting for five years for eight manufacturing sub-sectors:

automotive (particularly zero emission vehicles, their batteries and supply chains),

aerospace, life sciences, and clean energy (carbon capture, utilisation and storage,

electricity networks, hydrogen, nuclear and offshore wind).

The gov outlined a pledge of green sector manufacturing via £960 million package

How long till AMTE gets some of this

Contracts, UN Certs, a hungry car industry, a Zero Carbon agenda, a renewed UK manufacturing, a desire for jobs.

France has signalled that it wants to delay tariffs on the sale of electric vehicles between the UK and EU which were due to come into effect in January.
