You don't need technicals, just a 2 minute scan of the internet to see that Sodium Batteries are were investments are going and the future or energy storage.

Lithium is too expensive, and not as environmental.

AMTE are leading in the market for sodium and will funding will become a dominant company in the space

Easy for a better deal than the current one on the table, if for the some shares and less warrants.

I would expect something to land this afternoon or tomorrow, to give enough time for the original to counter, and for the counter to counter.

I'm of the opinion that a better deal can happen.

For the IP, and considering the factories are set up, with business development established, and EU safety certificates, I think £15m would be a better offer, as it would give the funds to pay for materials to mass produce, clear debt, hire people, and give the fuel to money back from clients. In which case based on projections we would be looking at £200m a year as a start!

Next week is going to be wild, expect a lot of people to be buying anything they can to take a position before news.

Would expect a lot of punts in the 500-1000, and only takes a few of those and all the free float will be eaten.

Then we have the new offers to land.

Could see 10p by the end of the week!

Even if the MCAP ends at £100m, that makes this a 50x bagger
