I wonder if Pinnacle already have a buyer of their shares lined up, and thats why the large volume of warrants were approved as part of the deal.....

Considering this has to go to a vote, the only way that the company would have agreed to the deal is if their shares will be worth more than the IPO at some stage in the near future.

They know they just need to get over this humble, hence the financing needed for production etc...

And I suspect that Pinnacle will have a buyer lined up for the warrants, to feed more money directly into the company for the future based the Q2 2024 runway.

Smart move by everyone, Amte Power (AMTE) get funds to get going and saves them paying M&A fees.

At a minimum pinnacle will be selling theirs for 3... so....

Even a £5m takeover for the tech is cheap

So they have a great holding of music software companies.

Phil is 74 and i imagine looking to sell out now to retire.

so if he sells now for circa £1b, that gives him a very nice retirement package after capital gains, and makes sure his family are generational take care of.

That takes use to 1600 a share......
