Once counter offers land in the region of 10p a share for 150m shares and 50m warrants this will jump.

Then we would be looking at a 30-50p price by xmas as funding and the company is secure.

The CEO will know lots of people and funds that have £15m sat in the bank ready for investment to 10x over a couple of years.

The offer RNS yesterday was just a way of the company publicly announcing they are open for bids.

I expect a nice large offer to land within days, circa £15m for 150m shares and 50m warrants is more in line with the worth of the business. I would expect that any large funds that got in at IPO would also look to make an offer.

I think a realistic offer that could get accept at the vote is:

150m shares at 10p placing, with 50m warrants that can only be excised after 2024.

so for £15m thats a bargain compared to the massive funds that other companies are spending to get to phase 1 of sodium batteries.

Keep in mind AMTE are at phase 4, production and sales.

With £15m that fits out the Dundee factory, secures staff wages and costs, gives money to research.

AMTE are offering half the company for investment.

I would expect for 150m shares a price of 10p.

The offer from Pinnacle is too low, and will be countered.

Then with £15m cash the company can build the new Dundee factory, have cash secure to take them into 2025, and funds for raw materials for manufacturing.

Counter offers will be coming in for more money and less shares.

Expect that this will re-rate to 10p to force a much better offer.

Could see this move back to 10p before the vote to force offers to be at a much higher region, and taking everything into account that would still be a bargain for any fund compared to the massive market opportunity.

Considering for anything north of £3m there is potential to get a majority holding of this company now, with the IP and EU certs which can be sold to another company for hundreds of millions.

Well played by the BoD and CEO, he has opened the company to both be saved and get millions in funding.

With AMTE ahead of the market, they could become the dominate sodium battery supplier within a couple of years.

AMTE are moving into mass production phase, a move to profit making already!

Plus the new factory planned for Dundee which I expect the Scottish government fill fund.

Could see a bidding war now for AMTE, would expect multiple counter offers to be lined up for voting.

The deal from Pinnacle could easily be beaten with the sales of a house in London.

In fact, i would expect a counter offer to land very soon, I imagine a lot of funds would have seen the offer by Pinnacle and be looking to offer £800k for 150m shares, and have that put to a vote.

And when it goes to vote, the better offer for more money with less dilution will win.

How often do you look at a share that has an amazing high price, and remember how years ago you could have bought for pennies and now could retire.

Many companies are pouring BILLIONS into sodium tech at the moment just to get to phase 1, and AMTE are already at phase 4!

Tesla, and leading scientists are saying that Sodium is the future, and even insurance companies are moving away from Lithium coverage.

Remember AMTE are the ONLY company in the EU with IP and Safety Certificates, and they already have a factory, and they already have clients and trials running.

Remember when people said Telsa would go bust in 2019, and now look at it.

Remember when Blockbuster turned down Netflix, and now look at them.

Remember when Nikola Tesla invent Alternating Current and Edison decided to stick with Direct Current.

Wake up people, this company is worth hundreds of millions, and moving into commercialisation before anyone else!!!!!

Remember, only AMTE have the IP and EU Certificates for Sodium batteries, plus they have one factory already and in process of setting up Giga factory.

I could see a big US fund dump millions to speed up the process.

We are now in the battle grounds for sodium batteries, this is like the era of radar and the first computers.

Whoever goes to market and is set up first will have a massive advantage.

What hampered AMTE is that the UK gov are in bed with oil and tata steel, so when Amte asked for help they got spurned.

That was a disastrous move by the UK gov, as sodium batteries are the future for mass production battery tech.

Everyone is looking to move away from lithium to sodium fast for cost reductions and safety.

The fact that billions are now being poured into new factories for sodium is clear to all.

Once again the UK government due to their own pocket lining have lost sight of the big picture.

I do hope that the Saudis buy up AMTE for £200m as a cruel irony, and that is who Pinnicle have lined up ready for an M&A.
