Then they could sell the IP, licences and safety certs to USA/China manufacturers and be making £millions a years hassle free.

I vote Pinnacle take over with the path to going private and paying off share holders at 9p a share.

I've got a feeling that Pinnacle are going to pay off current share holders 9p a share and then take the whole company private.

Once private they will fire all the UK staff, shelve the factories, and sell the IP and safety certs to US/China manufacturers.

I'm just playing devils advocate here so work out the future.

Effectively Pinnacle will own the company from next Tuesday, so it's really up to them what happens.

And commercially would it make more sense to licence the IP and safety certs to US/China manufacturing, fire all the staff in the UK and not build the factory in Dundee?

Okay, what are the chances that once the funding is in place, AMTE just licence the IP to manufacturers in the US or China, and just never actually go into production and just make money from royalties?

Out of curiosity, if Pinnacle place an offer to take the company private, how much would they pay for outstanding shares?

In 8 days time AMTE will get taken over by Pinnacle, and then we potentially have pinnacle to buy up the rest of the shares to take the company private, then moving the company to the US to operate and floating on the NYSE.

In wonder if that is the plan, that pinnacle will immediately convert 500m warrant to shares and sell off and use the money to fund production?

We could see Pinnacle sell warrants for a far higher price to another party as large orders which will actually drive up the price. Indeed, they could technically sell 500m warrants for £2.5m, so that they net zero their costs, and still have 164m shares and 330m warrants to hand.

Exactly, appears that the plan is to take over the company for access to IP, trained staff, UN and EU safety certificates.

Then plugging all of that into factories to speed up the process of getting to market and dominating with low cost safe products.

Problem is alot of these giga-factories and battery tech is based on lithium, which is 10x more expensive than sodium.

So the Tata and Nissan factories are legacy tech that is expensive, which insurance companies are moving away from covering due to the dangers of lithium.

That means AMTE with their sodium batteries will win with lower cost products, that are safe, and getting support as the new standard.

The UK is about to lose one of their only home grown battery manufactures, and only company with the IP and Safety Certificates needed to actually sell the new batteries globally.

On the plus side, share holders of AMTE are about to get a massive pay day from this current price.

Considering we are all find it difficult to find details behind Pinnacle I would suspect there is some big money that's why the cloak and dagger approach (or hoody and knife in London terms).

Fingers crossed the Pinnacle deal goes through on the 4th Dec, and on the 5th Dec they announcement move of the company to the USA.

If we're lucky enough and due to diversity hires, we might very well see the UK Tridents pointed back at it and the whole island carpet bombed with nukes.

Nissan is delivering up to £2 billion of new investment to produce two new electric vehicle models in Sunderland - helping to put more zero emission vehicles on UK roads which will make travel more sustainable and affordable in the long term, the Prime Minister has announced today (Friday 24 November).

Nissan have said their direct investment of up to £1.12 billion to produce the two models will enable wider investment in infrastructure projects and the supply chain, including a new gigafactory, bringing a total new investment today of up to £2 billion.

This builds on the £1 billion electric vehicle hub announced by Nissan and their battery partner AESC in 2021, and brings total investment since 2021 to £3 billion, safeguarding the future of Britain’s largest car factory as we move away from petrol and diesel cars.

Today’s announcement doubles down on this with all-electric replacements for the Nissan Juke and Qashqai models in addition to the all-electric Leaf replacement announced in 2021, supporting the future of Nissan’s highly skilled 7,000 strong UK workforce as well as the 30,000 staff employed in the wider supply chain.
