On site batteries are a massive market, think of all the homes with solar already that need ways to store energy from peak hours.

More than 1.3 million UK homes have solar panel installations.

it's far better to have sodium batteries due to lower cost, safer than lithium, and insurance companies prefer sodium.

So just supporting that market alone for AMTE is worth £ millions.

The UK gov now has a Solar Task Force in place to ramp up solar usage, which all will need on site batteries to store peak energy, and the are driving Schools, warehouses and car parks to adopt solar fast:

Beyond the cash to keep AMTE going, that's what is becoming interesting, who are Pinnacle and what great plans do they have with Alan Hollis giving his the open statement that they are taking the company to the main market

The new Government report released yesterday mentions that AMTE are one of only 3 operational "Industrial scale cell

manufacture" in the UK.

Be funny if due to lack of UK Government support Pinnacle roll that up and move everything aboard.

Looks like the UK Government are going to fail in every way, then we will get the usual BS speech of rolling up sleeves and that the UK can deliver blah blah, at the same time that foreign batteries take over dominance of the market and the UK steps further into being simple a human cattle farm.

What are the chances of Northvolt acquiring AMTE for a few million £?

Push for 9pna share takeover.

9p a share to all AMTE for Pinnacle to take over 100% of the shares instead of the placing is what we should be voting for!

Vote No to the current Pinnacle Deal, and instead vote YES to pinnacle buy up all the current market shares for 9p each.

9p a share is a fair value sell off to Pinnacle.

Vote no on money and request that Pinnacle pay 9p per share to take the whole company private.

I think taken all factors into account, Pinnacle paying off current holders with a 9-10p per share to take over 100% of the company would be a good direction.

What are the chances of a long term holder buying everything now to get 51% holding in the company to block the vote?

Secondly, how would members of the board feel with a 9p pay off, for Pinnacle to take 100% of the company?

Surely it would make sense for Pinnacle to then buy all existing shares so they 100% control?

This would make it easier for them to take the company back to main market in a couple of years.

As such, should holders push for a premium pay off in the 9p region, as only £14m to pinnacle and removes legacy holders.

At this stage there is no counter offer.

There is a statement from the CEO of delisting the company, and a statement from the CEO about moving manufacturing abroad.

As such, I advocate for Pinnacle paying off current holders at 9p premium to take the company private so they can carve the company up as they will.
