BABA - I don’t think RP has any friends.
Dropped phone and posted message before completing!
I really hope something positive happens here, there are real and sensible options that can make the mine happen still.
I hope it all works out well in the end.
£2.50 a ticket, win a 1% royalty in the mine. 5 prizes
Available.
Need to raise $500m for the Royalty prizes.
Otherwise will revert to a standard cash win with 25% of the cash raised split across 5 equal prizes.
Would be a 33m/1 chance of winning with 1 ticket and capped at $500m on entries.
It’s 45m/1 to win the UK lottery.
Job done.
On a serious note. Really hope that there are valid and sensible options on the table that do not dilute shareholders too much.
A crying shame that when the tunnel and overspend RNS came out they couldn’t have done a 5-10% royalty deal then with an ADM or someone.
Now the begging bowl is somewhat out.
The mine costs but also returns are big numbers.
Vast parts of those numbers are financing costs however. Especially muted at 15% on bonds etc.
If the UK gov would guarantee the initial loans I’m sure SXX would be able to get a decent royalty agreement away on top and make the project viable with much lower interest on the bonds.
Lots to play for and still many options.
Can see a large royalty deal freeing up a large portion of the cash required, but then eating into returns for shareholders.
Have to remember Royalties are on the mine and produce. They don’t take money from sales further down the line. The 30% stake in CIBRA and money that makes selling Poly4 as a distributor is not impacted by royalties, just shares in issue.
Chill smokes now being sold by LeafyQuick in their Chicago store.
(Instagram)
Not selling them online yet. Assuming still increasing production as quick as they can to service existing and growing number of stores selling them!
Daz, perhaps you should try some CBD to help with the sleeping :)
I think Leafy Quick had the vapes from the moment they put them on their online store, I'm sure one of the original RNS's stated Chill was for sale on LeafyQuick a while back, but it was the vape that appeared there for sale not the smokes.
The physical stores initially only getting the smokes, but the smokes not appearing on LeafyQuick yet...
Might just be the way they released the products.
They have restocked Ox 3 times with smokes already, that was mentioned in the AGM but no actual sales numbers. That restocking isn't surprising given the stores are increasing, but each time Chill stock Ox, they are having to initially stock new stores, and re-stock any that need topping up.
A nice problem to have, and to be fair one that former District 8 staff would have been familiar with as their smoke brand took off quickly.
At the AGM one of the points was raised about strategy and the ability to fill orders as they come in.
You do not want new stores signing up and agreeing to stock your product, making space behind the sales counter for your product, then struggle to provide them with the stock...
Even when they are then initially supplied, sure they would be happy they shifted their initial supply, if they had sold out, but they don't want that retail space then sitting empty for a while, at that point that space that isn't selling anything, and if you can't supply them quick enough, they will drop you and put something else for sale back there...
At the end of the day, the C-Stores themselves are customers also, you gotta keep them happy too :-)
IMHO store increases are likely to continue to rise at a steady pace, but they need to be able to keep a continuous supply and increase production as it goes.
In short, and back to the original point, I was under the impression the Vape was for sale on LeafyQuick the moment they put it up on the LeafyQuick site, and only smokes initially in the stores...
As it is, buys appear to be circa 7.5 still, last two trades being a buy at 7.445 at 45,000 and then 7.448 at 26,585.
Don’t forget that although the revenue from the seeds themselves will not come through until Q1, the rest of the plants grown indoors will be used to make CBD / Isolate from...
And add the not inconsiderable matter of ~40,000 outdoor plants being harvested, with their biomass / flower being able to be sold wholesale, alongside any we retain for creating CBD with also...
Not all about seeds, CBD, and products. The value of the plants themselves when grown shouldn’t be underestimated.
I've just posted they are there, so they are there, unlike some scumbags on here I'm not just creating mischief, just more facts.
It's pictured under the products themselves.
Lab reports on the batches now visible on the website, nice timing with that BBC article!
"This message has been filtered, please adjust your filters to view" A good few of those popping up again.
I guess by the responses the filtered one is clearly on another daily bash of the company it's supposed to be invested in...
Even Burningspear said I had a good point about the fact lots of the other products smell like poo, taste like poo, and contain a load of stuff they shouldn't, and clearly breaking the law and labelling standards...
If thats part of the product competition, then they should be very worried about trading standards and fines for selling illegal amounts of THC, whilst Zoetic can come in and fill the gaps left behind with a sustainably farmed CBD isolate product with 0% THC that tastes and smells nice.
The hemp that you see in that BBC article growing en-mass in the UK is being used for its fibre content, not the flower, nor high CBD yielding content as explained in the video they cannot use it. They are only licensed to grow hemp for the biomass.
Question 1) Do you think those farmers are therefore planting feminised hemp seeds of the genetic design to produce high yielding CBD, or generic seeds not caring if a male or female plant as the flower and CBD content isn't of any importance?
Question2) What happens if the law is changed that allows UK farmers to grow and produce flower and high CBD producing strains?
The answers, by the way, are simply:
1.) No, or the price of the seeds would be even higher, they are currently only interested in producing the hemp biomass, not feminised seed, or CBD, so they aren't currently buying the feminised seeds and therefore they aren't adding to the demand of the seeds.
2.) If the law is changed, then they will want to grow the plants to the point of producing flower and CBD, and thus the demand for the quality seeds to do this will increase, not decrease.
Perhaps, if one pays attention to the videos being released by the company, they will listen and understand:
There is a reason to be vertically integrated and be in control of your entire operation.
1) You can guarantee what is in your product.
2) They have already said growing will become more commoditised, thats why they aren't going for massive acreage themselves.
3) Seeds will become more critical as people will want feminised seeds and the demand for them will increase. Starting early (as have done) means will have high quality feminised seeds to facilitate this demand moving forward.
4.) Products are the other area where the money is to be made if can establish yourselves early.
So HNR is active in all spaces but has already highlighted in the business plan it expects growing plants to be commoditised in time, and that is why doing the seeds specifically, and why has launched products early.
The BBC article basically endorses everything HNR is doing!
Indeed.

Notice the lack of transparency, the stuff thats out there that isn't what it says it is and eeew that disgusting smell.
None of which are applicable to the Zoetic Products...
Perhaps because it’s only been here a few weeks?
Perhaps because it’s a small team (but has now added 2 additional UK based staff)
Why does everything have to be done yesterday in this World and since when is 4 months a long time?
Have products on sale in UK and US.
Tinctures (UK/US)
Gel capsules (US)
Smokeable products (US)
Vape (US)
Chewpacs are coming (US)
For UK Chill is also coming.
But it’s not just about the products.
The proven and established indoor facility is growing plants in which to make CBD, and more importantly produce valuable seeds (which all the doubters knock as it suits them but if you read the online articles about seed genetics you’ll get it)
Outdoors there are ~40,000 plants growing this year in Palisade a known and proven hemp growing location.
They have the announced tie ups on seed genetics and provision of CBD.
You don’t need to “offtake” sustainably grown hemp, the doubters here will try and make it sound as if it won’t sell and are just creating mischief.
Work it out for yourself. All the journals are predicting there is not enough hemp or CBD to meet demand, none suggest a surplus, prices for flower, hemp biomass etc have risen since last year.
The company has been criticized for making projections before in the oil and gas space and not achieving them, that image is currently the one everyone attacks as “underachievers, can’t sell this or that.”
Those that criticize the leap into CBD from oil and gas clearly can’t join the dots of linking the organic fertilizer gas mix to the Cannabis Trial to the then forming of Zoetic from District 8.
To get to where Zoetic is now in four months is incredible, most of the other startup companies had spent north of ten millions of dollars, and well over 1-2years+ to get where Zoetic is today.
They had to raise funds, then find where to grow, work out what strains they want, learn and grow in this industry, trial products, we accelerated all that.
Highlands have absorbed people to form Zoetic who know and understand the industry and how to grow these plants. They have a proven 33,000 sq ft facility available to use and are growing plants in it.
They already make and sell their own smokes, and chews soon. They have already started selling CBD tinctures, and moving into other areas. They have gone international already in the UK.
They aren’t going to forward project product sales in the first 4 months of starting.
They have indicated seed production numbers, pricing seeds go for, CBD yield they expect per plant, and conservative CBD wholesale pricing.
So lack of patience not getting them in the major retailers in a few weeks, and when the company has only been going 4 months?
Look at what they have achieved, and remember products is only 1/3 of the Zoetic business and the plants are still growing..
I would not call a mixture of buy and sell trades totalling 581,000 shares traded a big sell-off.
Just cause most the trades are coloured red, it doesn't make them all sells.
Now opened its “Flagship store” in Chicago.

It’s pretty clear the immediate future is heavily focused on the delivery of Zoetic.
ED will chug away and continue to produce $, but it’s Zoetic that needs to deliver it in the shorter term as well as the longer term.
The deal announced yesterday is an interesting one for a number of reasons.
For one. The moronic and endless “what do they know about CBD / Hemp” comments that fly around when it’s clear that we haven’t just started this with the same oil and gas people and no more, but also gained all the experience with the people that joined us.
We have the tie in and collaboration with Stephen Goldman, and now the announcement yesterday.
Little pieces of the puzzle that as each one falls into place, certain poster / posters feel the need they need to increase their daily post rate attacking the company.
Zoetic, is continuing to set out and do what it aimed to do.
The announcement yesterday is not what will finally shut doubters up, that will be $(x)m just hit the bank account.
But it is what it is. Further validation that there is a lot more to the CBD business than “snake oil” and that Zoetic is positioning itself nicely with that vertically integrated model, and additional opportunities.
Of important note, and as Eski has pointed out, the plants haven’t sold yet etc and let’s not go crazy with numbers, as historically they haven’t all come to fruition. True story.
However, the outdoor plants are growing and continue to do so at 16 acres this year and a density around ~2,500 has been communicated. That is circa 40,000 plants.
They know the production rate of plants through the facility as it’s a proven one, and been used before, so they should be comfortable with numbers there.
Hence they have released numbers they felt comfortable releasing.
Products are of course the unknown in terms of volume that will sell, but they are selling, and the number of different products and stores are increasing, no target numbers provided as that growth ,unlike the plants, cannot be guaranteed.
So all aspects of Zoetic are moving along, growing and then ultimately seed production, growing and then CBD production, or growing and then plant mass / flower sales, growing still happening, rest after.
Products are being produced and sold, in physical stores which appear to be increasing, and online and available in 46 states with LeafyQuick and wherever else they may pop up (cough Instagram)
Our own websites will be up hopefully very soon.
New products we know will be out soon.
Partnering up as per yesterday’s RNS shows other companies believe in what we are doing.
I expect those partnerships will ultimately grow along with our crops.
Chill.
Is it safe to pop my head up yet, or is all the doom and gloom still out there?
Guess the only "snake oil" about is that in the veins of all those talking Zoetic down before?
A nice endorsement of the quality of the operation, facility, plants and organic produce, and ultimately the CBD that we will produce.
Onwards :-)
What a surprise Burningspear, you list the cash absorbing comment for Zoetic, which of course it will be initially, but that is why it raised cash to start it.
Since then, of course, it also had the warrant and subscription money, and of course, the cash generative aspect of Zoetic is in there too, but heh better not mention that eh?
I guess your inner Sarah can't help but to show itself.
It isn't ready yet, it is waiting for the payment processing engine to be linked in for starters.
If you want to say products are on sale which they are, they can be bought via LeafyQuick online in the USA in 46 states:

In the at least 36 physical stores, Chill is available as smokes, we already know, and the rest of the Chill range will also be distributed when available, so vape stuff may be going out to stores via Ox now, or maybe going to LeafyQuick first...
In the UK: There are 4 flavoured tinctures already physically here, but we await the UK website to come online for them to be available.
Chill products are also earmarked for UK but as yet unsure when they will go on sale here in the UK, Zoetic tinctures won't be long before can buy them in the UK.
LeafyQuick will no doubt also open their "mystery door" soon also as per Instagram posting...
Just post the facts as they are OSG.
Sarah Coles being the utter clown who tweeted after the annual results, that they had invested for oil and gas and not CBD “so they are out”
Keeping the finger on the pulse there.
What a surprise after 3 months of interviews and all the company being Zoetic Zoetic Zoetic that it was a CBD business.
Sarah coles. Finger on the pulse not. #Avoid.
Why would you even care what some made up twitter account that has a whopping 4 followers posts?
And then go as far as to post it here?
