Post after post all convinced it will fall back to this price or that price based on "people wanting to buy simply to increase voting rights?" The SP will go wherever it will go!
However, I'm sure there are other reasons for building large stakes in companies that are about to embark on national and international rollouts!
The fundamentals people don't seem to want to talk about (you know nothing has changed?)
All of RP's legacy issues and costs are gone - but still costs seem to be an issue - no they are gone now.
The Distributor bought 23.75m shares and owes the company around $1m for them, it bought them during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The largest shareholder and Distributor with its own network of circa 2,000 stores in the 6,000 store reach signed up for so far, stands to make on every product sold in the stores it distributes directly to, as the distributor... owes us $1m.
No Debt: Yes the company is, in Covid times, Debt free....
Has an international distribution deal signed up for already.
Is selling into the tobacco smoking cessation and also CBD markets, both growing and both worth multiple billions.
Has another distribution deal lined up internationally.
According to the OTC podcast, expects signed up store reach to be 12,000 stores within months.
As soon as the rollout starts the company, with now extremely low costs (oh how the trolls will hate that) stands to make circa 50% gross profit on its Chill products sold.... Its main cost - having products manufactured, in which it makes circa 50% on those in stores, and no doubt more online itself. (Remember who owes it $1m)
Zoetic products are now starting to be nominated and winning awards in the cosmetic industry sectors, and up against major internationally known brand names in some categories.
And whilst on the subject of price rises and falls.
The Ex Chairman has 1m options at 10p, did you see those exercised and flipped at 20-24p when around 15m shares were traded in that price range?
The genetic consultant who has 1m options at 12p, did you see those exercised and flipped at 20-24p?
No you didn't. They could have made £120,000 or £100,000 easily, but they have held on for greater gains...
No advice given of course, other than rather than to stop reading drivel about no fundamentals, and read the fundamentals!
With regards to Rollinghands posts. If you want to delve even further down look at the partnership with GVB Pharma for starters. Any coincidence that they are growing 40,000 plants with Zoetic seeds in USDA certified organic soils?..
There is plenty of snake oil out there as the trolls keep mentioning, but the Chill and Zoetic products are made with top quality sourced ingredients. They will stand up to the regulatory scrutiny where many others will not...
