Weathergeek. To expand on your point. The Laws will get a lot tighter and the rubbish will be removed from the shelves March 2021. The FSA have so far refused to move that deadline even with Covid.

Oral Isolate products that have gone through the valid testing process will remain legal, as will any full spectrum products that have proper testing and approval, but it’s a lot cheaper and easier to gain approval of one compound CBD) as opposed to many... Also far easier to keep control of the quality of that with pure CBD Isolate only.

That is a positive for Zoetic.

Gaining approval early could also make it a lot easier to get products on shelves in stores, as those approved will be the only ones guaranteed to be able to stay on the shelves come March 2021 next year. A number of very large stores have already come under flak for selling stuff that wasn’t what it said it was, a major pharmacy in Ireland being one, and any company that has full approval is basically stamped as OK by the FSA.

Expect a whole load of existing brands, some large and loads / most of the small ones, especially those whose hopes remain on the CTA lobby, sounding very much like Greta with their hopes and dreams stolen come March next year...

I think you'll find that it was the old stock that has been now cleared out.

That also goes for the 8 * 10 pack cartons (which have currently disappeared from the website completely) and which previously included pictures of the old-style original CBD Smoke packets also.

I'm sure when they pop up for sale again you will see new packaging for the cartons online, which is then standard across the whole smoke range, including the new hemp smokes when they come out also...

Contract manufacturing for the stores will no doubt replace the stock online also.

Hopefully should also see the new chew flavors appearing before long.

The distribution deals (6,000 store reach) should improve sales, just need to rock and roll out into the first of 500 new stores...

Think that's how I interpret it, but he could do one, no harm in it, just I don't think it's required as his holding has been declared.

Chesh, a TR1 may not be required as most would agree that the notification has been made on behalf of him and the company in the last RNS, he would be considered "notified" as he is named as the holder, and holding that many shares.

Any further share activity would now of course be notifiable as he is above the reporting thresholds.

The other two distribution deals lined up before this one even appeared were to take the store reach to 12,000. With this one curveball one it stands at 6,000....

This named distributor today has several big chains in its list of retailers it supplies.....

Without Covid would have been selling through 1000-1500 stores a month by now with accelerated plans to rollout more.

Simply been delayed, but the demand is there.

£118,750 arrives in the bank account tomorrow and every month for the next 10 months on the same day, unless the Schrader family decide to bring forward any payments.

Which they may want to do keeping in mind FX fluctuations, avoiding whatever interest rate is applied, or simply because the additional funds up front may benefit the company (and therefore them also) in terms of accelerated launch of Chill products once ready to go in stores...

£1.1875m at 5p says its gonna be OK.

The spot price was still around 20's. Any oil coming out the ground from the 3 wells would and still will be sold for $ spot price.

The futures for May was all screwy as people had large contracts for oil and didn't want to be committed to taking oil in when can't do anything with it.

The US Shale industry will just shut in a load of wells, as we have done, which will ease off the over-production.

It's a mess clearly, and might not get sorted for some time, but we aren't reliant on this aspect of the business. Zoetic is all about the CBD.

Our distributors have already subscribed for shares providing £1,187,500 over the next 10 months.

So we are OK without the O&G production.

No. Warmer (more southern states) can start planting soon.

Our own self-imposed deadline for planting last year was 30th June.

Some growers will plant seeds direct, some will start in a greenhouse and plant seedlings.

So anytime from now onwards.

Make the most of it, the distributors, who of all people know the products, and the company, and most importantly how products sell in stores... just put in ~£1.2m!
