Org, tell your lady friend to hold onto her hat :)
Ghia, you'll be preaching right up until the waves carry you away.
John, batten down your hatches and find a new transmitter.
It sounds absurd because IT IS ABSURD.
Furthermore, I am extremely ****ed off that we can't go back to the moon because they have to put the rocket away because there is a hurricane because you ****ers preferred to make 3 billion dollars a day burning dead dinosaurs for the last 50 years. Praise Jebus.
Andy, **** off to Brazil and spend your little pile while you can. Some of us are trying to do something useful here.
Behold the chuffwits who destroyed us all:

"It is difficult to get a man to understand something, when his salary depends upon his not understanding it."
We'll just carry on with normality bias, won't we? I repeat, $30 trillion so far. At the low end.
The climate wars started years ago. The coastal cities are already doomed. We have literally billions of refugees on the way. A significant proportion of those who survived covid are disabled, a larger proportion will have early onset dementia. We'll be euthanising old people and shooting people at borders within a decade. Your stock options and pensions are ****ing worthless, mein Freunde. We're ruled by idiots. We try really hard but it's all in vain, it's too ****ing late.
Trial please.
I woke up.
Covid has cost at least $30 trillion so far.
You gotta get better at accounting for externalities.
Keep up, it's God Save the King now :)
Doc83 I accept your concerns but I very firmly believe that the only terminal options are failure of the drug or failure of the system. We are burning too bright to fade away now.

(For no-one in particular)
Much love to all, goodnight
Imagine thinking that the fundamental problem is that the wealthiest don't have enough money. It's borderline psychotic. Parity odds-on now, if the BoE holds out I'd give it a week. Not sure the Mail/Express/Sun have the sway they once had, do they? Telegraph trying quite hard to hold onto some credibility, but honestly how often can you be proven completely wrong within days and expect no-one to notice? HoL did so much good work, sadly destroyed by entryism. Time to move on eh?

Criticism is quite welcome, bull**** less so.
I consider it money very well spent.
Oj, that scenario would require me and a fair number of others to be dead. As far as I can tell I int dead yet.
Indeed. I remain hopeful. Every now and then a crack opens up and the light gets through.
I had a good chuckle at the IEA attack on gov for subsidising wealthy landowners today.
Numpty chuffwits all round. The country was lost on the playing fields of Eton.
While we have traditionally been run by silly old fools reasonably successfully, the pace of change is now such that the model has failed catastrophically.
Keep calm and carry on, what what?
I see two ways it can fall to 0p
1) It completely fails a PT
2) The system collapses
In the absence of these, if it falls much further we should probably be pitching the smarter folks within venture and PE.
It's all a bit ridiculous at this point, but then so is everything else.

I certainly do. We'll get them back though.

Charles is on of ours, numbnuts.

I propose we repatriate the trillions you stashed in tax havens, since it will of no value to you anyway. You could be heroes!
