Yes, it is has been a fine few weeks for Northcoders and something of a horror movie for our one US investment. CDT decline still showing no sign of abating and another 88 days of this we are in delisting territory assuming it survives that long. You can only hope and pray for a level of support at 85 cents and then some good news to raise it up from there.

There is little likelihood a group of tiny PIs like us are ever going to agree as we hide behind our anonymity on here, but there is no need for your continued abuse. Why not desist and exercise your weakness on Twitter or some other mass social media instead. Nobody wants you here or on CIZ.

The scary movie called ‘CDT’ continues, I was a youthful 48 last autumn but my Doctor says my physical age is nearer 78. For a pharma stock it seems surprisingly bad for your health. Hopefully before I hit 100 it will have returned to about $3.75 and we will have sold or placed the lot.

Massive sales and buys last thing on Friday. The end of a month long organised push down by very big funds ahead of them being forced to buy for the Russell 3000 inclusion. CDT are in the final list published today. The buys and the focus will be positive, but the thing they most need is a little news flow which will come in time.

Option exercised 30 Nov. Registration process began mid Dec, holidays hit, CDT registration processes slow, Vela did small sale at earliest opportunity as we all know cash is an issue. My calc based on the quarterly report, the prevailing exchange rate, and the daily closing prices of CDT is that this took place around 17Jan. Beyond this you’d need to see the paperwork which no investor has access to. But I’ve heard this triangulated from a number of reliable sources. Hence I’m sticking to my version. Off to spend my ENET gain now. Have good weekends.

Nelson, my reading of the Igraine report is that they are simply taking advice nothing more. The reference to legal action relates to earlier investments unlikely to be relevant to Vela or CDT

Bouncer, the shares could not be sold at $5 due to the time it takes for registration. But had they been sold in the $3s then in a few months we will look back on that as a big miss or a thank goodness depending on where CDT goes
