What are people reading into the prospectus and need for headroom improvements? Do I read a hint at some form of cash flow expansion? Many ways to do that…..one of the options would be unpopular so I won’t name it here.

Fundraising times time. I’m directly involved in a fundraise for another far simpler one and we are already beyond five weeks. Time zones, differing holidays and faith based festivals all add to the delays not to mention the interminable time spent in the lawyers offices and with nominated advisors scrutinising heads of terms et c. If it get to 3 months I may start to enquire. The good PR continues, and the tie up with Tees Valley Lithium ( Alchemy Capital) is positive.

Always good, as an investor, to eyeball an organisations leaders in person. Most of us are better at judging people than company RNS which are offered written to achieve a certain outcome. Wish I’d have gone but had a clash.

I’m a keen supporter of ALK ans MAC or Marechale Capital and their clean lithium project at Weardale a lithium.
