Other than the obvious that a large holder is selling down a bit, nothing to see. If a holder has sold an awful lot we may see a TR1 in the next few days. More likely it is the Ed Miliband ‘big’ announcement on clean energy that did not mention lithium from what I can tell and focussed on wind and solar et c, all good but not TVl relevant. And of course the only real money committed was a few shillings for some ‘pilot’ training courses which will not go far at all.
