RE: Imminent Deal30 Jan 2020 20:26
If Norilsk sold 3 tons, as a rough idea that could be in the region of $250m. Maybe they're saving up more funds to buy another mine??
None of us have any idea what's going on with Eurasia, every day someone spouts info about an RNS tomorrow, or this week, keep it up chaps, one day you'll be right. No point guessing, just wait, be patient and our time will come.
Sam goes for those getting excited about Pd rising by $50 or whatever, of course the strength of PD pricing will help and the forecast to remain strong is all good for EUA but fluctuations in the price at thisstage will have ni impact on any deal to see an asset. They have calculated costs, value, No of ounces, time to mine and more and set this against a base price agreed between both parties. They're not going to agree a deal only for EUA to say, hey, cough up another $100m coz Pd just went up by $50.
A sale would be great as it would give an instant return, a move to production under their own steam would give returns over time, an increase in SP and divi on income, whatever the path taken it's worth keeping your shares and waiting for news on either. It's a win win in my view. How big a win? Well, let's wait and see.
Going back to being an observer again. Rarely post and spend more time filtering.
Good luck all.
