It’s oh so quiet here. The longer this silence goes on the more my optimism is fading. Still holding out hope though, albeit a tiny bit

I wasn’t expecting bad news, but was hoping for something better than delayed results lol. News imminent too with the pizza chain deal so products must be tried and tested and ready to deliver the goods. Be nice to see the SP back over 1p and starting to head north again. Been a long time coming but if this new venture takes off then I’ll be happy.

Who knows what’s going on. Is there still a light on here or not? With Ben’s Creek out the window and having to start afresh to find another RTO is there enough time to achieve it bearing in mind the rules and monies that have to be raised etc.

Let’s see how long we need to wait for things to happen. No idea what timescales we’re looking at but it’s good to know there a possible light at the end of the very long Plutus tunnel.
No idea how many new shares will be issued and what the consolidation ratio will be. All in good time I guess.
I’m hoping my gamble pays off as holding quite a few of these so keeping it all crossed for a good result in time.

Coal typically isn’t one of the best out there if used in power gen or similar due to the environmental impact. But Ben’s Creek has other plans for selling their coal in products room of steel which is essential. So, not a bad RTO but we’ll only know how this will impact the SP once the whole process is complete, including a consolidation.

There is potential for the shares in issue to increase to almost 30 billion if they’re to raise £6m by way of a placing. Look at SYME with 32 billion, doesn’t always mean bad news but I think a consolidation will be a good thing.

As always it’s a waiting game but pleased with the news today as it does mean, if all goes ahead, that we could regain some losses for those LTH’s and those in recently could make a profit.

Exactly. It’s not all over tomorrow so there’s still a glimmer of hope that we get some new if an RTO. Doubt it’ll be tomorrow though. I’m not going to sell any, don’t see any point now and at this price. Make or break. Either way I’ll take the risk.

So, AGM is this Wednesday. I wonder if there’ll be any news on an RTO?
10th June is the 6 month cut off day at which point we get suspended, they then have a further 6 months to complete a deal or we fold and disappear.
There may be a chance of an extension from 10th June if they can show a deal is close and Covid has delayed things, not much longer to wait now to find out what’s going on, less than 4 weeks and we’ll know more hopefully.

Rodgetrades- like you I make my own trading decisions and don’t take on board comments from these or other boards. People can say anything they like, true or not. Track record isn’t great with some of the companies they’ve been involved in, but we’re looking ahead not backwards but history can repeat itself. I’m staying positive right now and hoping I’ll recoup my losses here and some but either way it is what it is and that’s trading for you.

I’m still hopefully an RTO is due soon, especially with the activity of the last few days. Previously, any increased activity was just for a day or so and followed by an RNS stating nothing afoot. Last week and this however no such RNS which leads me to believe something is coming and someone is in the know.

Who knows.
I’ve been in for a few years now so kind of stuck and taking a gamble on them achieving an RTO and hoping the SP reflects this no matter how small. I did but I’m at these low prices to add to the gamble, a small rise will see my money back, anything more will be a bonus.

If you held the original company shares in a share account they would’ve been replaced with the same number of new shares. Should be a straight forward change

Most of what you need to know is in the latest RNS.
EU ruling hit them hard a couple of years ago, Paul leaving and maybe some bad decisions and directors taking too much in pay etc.
Just hoping we get a decent RTO to move forwards and claw back some of my losses.

Who knows if a suitable RTO candidate will be found but if one is and speculation causes this to rise I’ll Benoit to move on elsewhere. Just 0.5p would be amazing lol

It’s been tipped on Zak Mirs Traders tips today suggesting a rise to .8 and maybe on to .12 within the next three months. Not sure charts are useful for this one as it all depends on an RTO.....if no news then this will dip again. I think people
Are just jumping on board based on his predictions.
