Who knows. It could be days or weeks away. I doubt it’ll be months as ongoing funds were purported to be limited so I’d like to think some news, either way, will be coming soon.

It could be, it's the biggest number of buy trades we've seen here for over a week at least.
As they're all round figure amounts it could be someone building a position here if they're in the know or part of the new RTO or something. If they exceed 26m shares then a TR1 will be required.

Yeah, you'd think some update would be necessary as in theory they were only financed until Mid May!!

It's a gamble for sure but a good one in my view. So long as they find a suitable candidate for an RTO then it'll be a good start and we'll have to wait and see from there.

I disagree. Dish can help restaurants whilst restrictions are in place by providing the platform to sell dining times that wouldn’t normally be taken. Personally I’d go out for my dinner at 4:30 or 5pm if a big discount was offered. Parents can pick up kids from school and eat earlier then home to do homework.
The new normal is going to be quite different in some aspects of life and people will adapt, especially when they can save money and get a bargain.
Well just have to wait and see how this all pans out, how the re-infection rate goes and how easing of restrictions go. A lot of unknowns.

Patience. It could land any day. I doubt they’d let this fold at this stage. The Flexgen sites, whilst not worth as much as people think, still have value in them, they’re owed £600k, although not guaranteed to receive this, and in the perfect position for an RTO.
Sit and wait for the news to land.

An RTO is really the only option left to PPG now.
Hopefully they are well advanced in discussions and an RNS is imminent.
If not it could be goodbye.
As what I’d consider to be a reasonably substantial holder, for me at least, I’m hoping an RTO comes through. Whether it would mean dilution is another matter. But I’d still prefer that to folding.

Seems a rise on hardly any trades and a bit more activity after a quiet spell. Expecting news either before month end. Only assuming this due to the suggestion that only enough funds to keep going to mid / end of May. So surely they must update before a week Friday.

If it is the same buyer, as soon as they have accumulated 27m shares an RNS would be required to tell us who as they’ll have passed the 3% threshold.

I topped up further before close. Rightly or wrongly it’s worth the risk in my opinion. I’m sure there’s plenty of ventures out there needed a quick way to AIM to access funding and more. I just hope if this is the plan that they choose wisely and has a decent future.
I reckon news by the end of next week hopefully but if not then definitely before month end bearing in mind there’s no more funds to keep going!!
