Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, on delivering sector-leading returns for shareholders. Watch the video here.
Interesting tweet retweeted by Zak Mir. Don’t know where or how this ‘speculation’ came from but interesting.
#EUA @eurasiamining @proactive_UK “Monchetundra’s high palladium content has attracted a lot of attention, including a Chinese joint venture partner which the speculation says may now be on the cusp of making an offer.”
Although, Paul leaving 'suddenly' and without due notice caused the Rockpool contract to be voided so as far as i'm concerned why would we want him back on board if he's happy to scupper a company in that way, his departure caused the loss of the Rockpool contracts. Whichever side it was all happening on it was not a good situation so if he's out of PPG i'm happy.
Bit disappointed that no further news has come out yet but still going to wait and see if the two new appointments materialise and check out the new guys credentials once we know who they are.
NIMSHY6 - Warrant shares can't be listed on AIM until the suspension is lifted, as it says in the RNS.
No one on here has a clue what's going on so don;t see the point in speculating. If it was just a clarification of the arrangement with CITIC i'm sure we would've heard by now, unless they are still getting the details of it agreed, typed up by the lawyers and once signed we'll be told.
Or, something bigger is coming. Speculation is all it is as none of us know. But I can't imagine it being negative, maybe neutral, but not negative.
Not going anywhere. If there's no sale then production in the next 18 months will see the SP rise, beyond that it could go up as per the ACF report valuations, either way i'll be happy so holding for the longer term as rewards will come.
If no sale i'm sure some will put their money elsewhere for a while but that's their way. I'll just leave mine sit.
Good luck all, let's hope we see a recovery during today and some of the news comes through soon.
ftsedwo - No, just a message to say call them for more info and they're unable to deal.
Not bothered, just though it was interesting as a sign of whats going on here, trades, price rise and demand.
I'm neither selling or buying at this stage.
There 2.694b shares in issues
Only about 5% of the shares in issue have traded today, about 140m, not a huge amount considering despite the number of trades going over 1800. That equates, at an average of 5.25p to £7.35m in trades.
Good compared to the last couple of weeks where we saw less than 200 trades a day on some days.
When this goes trades will far exceed these levels
I think so yes. Got in recently with 1m shares at an ave of 0.4p.
Having secured busines to achieve FY 2020 revenues the only way is up from here and when RNS's come out with updates it can only be good if they're already ahead and it's only Feb. At 0.5p i'd say it's worth a punt for sure.
PPG arentjin control of the sites anymore. I think just one remains where they are managing.
They’re now looking to build Gas Peaker sites, these don’t come under the CM auctions I believe and they have a much higher profit margin too.
Hopefully news on potential sites and planning applications will come after they’ve announced the two new appointments.
If Norilsk sold 3 tons, as a rough idea that could be in the region of $250m. Maybe they're saving up more funds to buy another mine??
None of us have any idea what's going on with Eurasia, every day someone spouts info about an RNS tomorrow, or this week, keep it up chaps, one day you'll be right. No point guessing, just wait, be patient and our time will come.
Sam goes for those getting excited about Pd rising by $50 or whatever, of course the strength of PD pricing will help and the forecast to remain strong is all good for EUA but fluctuations in the price at thisstage will have ni impact on any deal to see an asset. They have calculated costs, value, No of ounces, time to mine and more and set this against a base price agreed between both parties. They're not going to agree a deal only for EUA to say, hey, cough up another $100m coz Pd just went up by $50.
A sale would be great as it would give an instant return, a move to production under their own steam would give returns over time, an increase in SP and divi on income, whatever the path taken it's worth keeping your shares and waiting for news on either. It's a win win in my view. How big a win? Well, let's wait and see.
Going back to being an observer again. Rarely post and spend more time filtering.
Good luck all.
Could be buys as just did a dummy 1m buy and was offered 0.9p. Would be worth a couple of grand punt. Wouldn't need much to make a decent profit on a couple of million shares. New appointments shows some determination to move forwards so keeping my decent holding for now.
And more news to come with new appointments, financing and hopefully more on sites etc.
Not going anywhere (whats the point at these prices) so hanging on to see what happens next. Long road ahead and will be tough for sure but remaining hopeful........My kids might benefit if not me :)
Looks like Jarvis have thrown their toys out the pram and dumped a load of shares.
But, a few more buys going through this morning, not huge amounts but noticeable compared to trading over the last few months.
Still hoping of further news and operational update very soon.
I have nothing to do with the board. Just been in for a long time and done research on all that’s happened.
May not have been any good news for a long time but things seem to be happening so staying in and waiting to see what happens. Only need this to recover to 0.6p and my initial investment is returned. May take a while but I think the SP will rise again. A long road ahead.......
Someone's confident, and rightly so, to pump £136k into a share.
Gives confidence although plenty of that with EUA and all they have going for them.
So much news to come, a sale would give immediate gains and, hopefully, a divi, taking to production will take longer but still bring great rewards for years to come.
Either way i'm in this for the long haul and looking forward to whatever comes along.
Plus i'm enjoying TillyWhiz and his pirating yarns, although not sure I can get the visions out my head of him polishing his palladium canon every night!!
Good luck all...….next 3 to 6 months should be very rewarding
Lending the company money is better than issuing shares to raise funds, especially with the SP as low as it is.
At the AGM it was stated (Apparently) At the GM they talked briefly about cash injection, the appointment of an industry player and positive funding opportunities being in play and an RNS would follow shortly.
I would like to think a further update on the other points will be coming very soon, hopefully before month end but certainly early Feb, being positive :)
Hopefully the new appointment of an 'Industry Player' will be a significant step forwards and will show more confidence in the company's future plans. We may be starting afresh but sometimes that's not such a bad thing. Let's get some sites in for planning, build some gas sites, start making money, watch the SP rise and we'll all wonder what the fuss was about lol
As a large holder being over 80% down average i'd like to think I can claw back some of my losses. Back up towards a penny will see me back in profit. Finger and toes crossed.
Maybe this is something that’s been worked on in the background. I reckon on news of some sort before month end updating on current status, maybe a board appointment as they do need an additional member now, update on financing discussions and selected sites for planning applications.
Been so quiet for so long so some news is due and no distractions from the threat of being ousted.
Come on Board, prove to us this is worthwhile staying in for, I’m hopeful hence another 3m buy this morning and see other decent buys have been made, albeit very limited trades. Going to take some time to restore confidence in this one.
At least they’ve agreed not to take a wage until progress has been made.
