I can see why people are concerned. Communication and information to small PI shareholders are really poor.

What is the point even to have a big name Rothschild & Co get involved? It just costs more money. Is the BoD trying to raise the profile of the company, to build up external relationship, or just to get themselves covered?

@jedclampit I cannot get my head around it with your “many thousands” of shareholding at an average price of 44p, especially after several times of sellings and buying backs. Your current total shareholding is tiny, and your past selling/buying deal sizes must be even smaller. Do you pay dealing fees at all? With so tiny shareholding, does it worth your time to post anything here at all?

Where do you get to know that the contract is for 10 years, doesn't matter whether the deal was fair? I cannot see any information of this published anywhere.

For the WHT for shareholdings within an ISA/SIPP account, does the broker/trading platform claim it back for us? I use Barclays Smart Investor, and it looks that the WHT is not included when the dividends are paid into my account at the moment.

FCF is quite different from PAT, as cash flow may be affected by asset sales as well as stock management, ……

@Futurehire ppl have been saying this is cheap all the way from £8! Remember that it went down to 23p!!

@cantbelieveit It’s £220 million, instead of £140 million! :)
