MM may get something out, just before AGM, as usual, ...

When just under £100m placing was made @49p, we thought it was undervalued!

When MA bought over 10% of shares @35p to 45p, we thought it was undervalued!

What about now?

The usual afternoon selling will bring the SP to sub-22p, ...

PIs cannot win against shorters! The SP is falling off the cliff like a stone!!!

Is the selling going to start again in the afternoon, as usual?

Are we going to see teens of the SP, while the selling gaining momentum?

Are MM/MA going to take THG out for peanuts while nobody else would touch it with a bargepole?

With little volume without large buyers, selling will start from lunch time as usual!

MA is not an "insider" or there is nothing in the background at all!

It looks,

1) MA tried to keep THG in FTSE 250, to save face for him/MM;

2) MA and the BOD didn't buy until recently, as they didn't want to raise the SP so as to jeopardise MM's CLN approval at the AGM;

3) MA/MM are friendly.

Assuming the following holdings are retail investors' holdings with nominal accounts, these are over 30% shares of the Company.

I have just called Barclays "Smart Investor" Customer Service Number (0800 279 3667), and voted with them on the phone.

It's quite easy, if you get the resolution list with you and just tell them which ones you vote For/Against.

This is being transparent about the terms and conditions with THG Ingenuity.

As I said before, all the RemainCo contracts with Ingenuity is part of the arrangements for MM to underwrite the split of Ingenuity. Otherwise, how could you expect MM to take all the risks !
