MM have sold his family silver (the property portfolio) to purchase THG shares @ 32p, he must see great value at this SP level.

Does anybody think they know the value of THG any better than MM does?

As it is today, MM sees value in THG with SP @32p, and puts in £60M for it!

Ingenuity is a service provider to THG, nothing else.

You may complain about the services costs, but it looks that Ingenuity is providing critical, comprehensive and valuable services to THG, as listed privously by people on this board.

You may not like the T&C for the commercial arrangements between Ingenuity and THG, but those must be the conditions for people (MM, etc.) to agree to take on Ingenuity and underwrite the de-merger. If the T&C were agreed before the de-merger, there is no case to complain.

As of today, THG should be valued with what it is including the commercial arrangements with Ingenuity.

THG may heavily rely on Ingenuity services, but Ingenuity essentially is just a supplier, nothing else.

While MM is a major shareholder, there is no way he on his own can veto any deals. Ingenuity is just a supplier with some commercial contracts.

Just about a month ago, MM contributed £60M to the company, and this will be converted to the company shares at 32p.

Does anybody think that MM is wrong to have overpaid for the company shares?

MM, family, friends, charity and staff have a lot of stake in the company, even his dog has more shares!

Does anybody think that MM wants to fail the company?

There is only one reason why people trying very hard to spreading FUD here --- they want your shares "cheap"!

Yes, absolutely yes for the following reasons!

1) Very much undervalued!

2) Possible bid(s);

3) Q2'2025 trading update with growth for Nutrition and Beauty, and FCF;

4) Debt refinanced with little risk;

For Ingenuity, all shareholders were given the opportunity to rollover. MM didn't steal it. Accusing him stealing it is spreading FUD!

Accusing MM taking private the remaining business with extremely low valueations as stealing from other shareholders is spreading FUD, too!

Examples of FUD, taking private, accounting fraud, etc.

It doesn't make sense for any LTH investors of the company to come here to bash the company every day.

If people taking the efforts to spead FUD every day, they must have some agenda!

If MA is to purchase more shares, he will push the SP ever lower so as that he can get more shares even cheaper!

Why should MM lift the SP, if he is to convert his loan to shares at 32p, subjected to shareholder approval?
